Hi Aaron, that is the usual thing that every online gambling site does. It is to ensure that you are who you say you are and there is no multi-accounting or any fraud going on. In some jurisdictions they are even required to ask for ID due to anti money laundering laws.

That site looks to be approved by the UK Gambling Commission and licensed in Alderney so it should be fine to supply your info. Just stop playing, send in the docs, and you will be fine.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

I agree with Ed. In the States you have to go through a lot of hoops to get your money. I just had a payout last week where I had to submit my ID, front and back of my credit card (blacked out numbers so it couldn't be stolen), and a utility bill to prove my address.

My payment came through with no issues, so I don't think yu have much to worry about.

I see. That's very bad.
I hope that you didn't deposit much and you would eventually get your money back.
This kind of things can happen sometimes, just forget about it for now.

It's a shame really but I don't think such a things happens so rarely, that's why is so useful for the players to be in some kind of community like this site and share there experience with one another. I know that it's late but my advice is: don't deposit before some research first, there are enough great casinos out there in which that would not happen.

Sorry about that Aaron but sharing your experience together with the community's advise clearly helps new players, like me and am happy that things in the new casino are flowing smoothly!
