GoLucky Casino (RTG)

6 replies • Last post

Hello,

I found another RTG Casino - GoLucky Casino and I thought that this is a brand new one.

And, I looked into their T&Cs and saw the email address support@luckyspinscasino.com at the end.

Therefore, I guess that this is an affiliates of Lucky Spins Casino which seems to be a rogue one.
So, I didn't even downloaded it yet Smile

Anyway, there show a $20 free chips in the promotion page.
If you have time, just enjoy it as fun Smile

Good Luck Smile

Well done for checking the T&Cs and spotting that email address!

We never received any kind of response from Lucky Spins when we queried a delayed withdrawal on behalf of a player, so I would avoid this one too.

Go Lucky Casino's web site says, "Go Lucky Casino is well known in the online casino industry." So, I just finished a chat session with a Go Lucky Casino customer service rep.

When asked what casino group owns and operates Go Lucky, he responded, "Real Time Gaming." I said no, that is the name of the casino's gaming software. When asked if Go Lucky has any sister casinos, he said no. When asked again about who owns and runs the casino, he said he cannot discuss company business. However, he did say that if what I'm concerned about is depositing and withdrawing at Go Lucky, there's no reason to worry.

My advice: do not deposit one dime at this online casino -- unless, that is, you are a REAL casino gambler. Smile

I don't know who they are "well known" to. Legends in their own minds?

It just goes to show that they will say anything to convince you, and that BS may have worked on someone who has no idea who RTG is.

RTG is short for Realtime Gaming. They are a casino software supplier that a lot of American-friendly casinos use.
