Crazy I don't know Smile

I registered in this casino long time ago, and have not deposited yet.
About a month ago, I got $5 no-deposit bonus( x30 wagering) which they claim no max withdrawal and no limited games.
But, I couldn't withdraw, though Sad

Usually, I finish the account verification for withdrawals before making a deposit.
And this process was smooth. They replied with the clear message of the account verified.

One strange thing is that I happened to open my account in Magic Red Casino.
And when I opened the cashier of Magic Red, I saw the Winner logo there, too.

So, I asked if the two casinos are related somehow, but, Winner support replied that they are independent.

Anyway, what is the problem with Winner Casino I don't know

SInce they asked me to made a dep first before i can withdrw my winnings and it would take to 15 to 18business days. TOo long huh for an e-wallet method. Just being cautious and all. Hehe. I looked it up - and I found Crazy Winners (with an S on the end). So I'm guessing its that one. It has some horribly designed interface that forces you to scroll horizontally all the time and you can hardly make sense of anything on the page. Someone has been smoking the mobile design crack and made it almost unusable on a PC.

I found the T&Cs and had a look. I don't like many of the terms.

This one allows them to close your account and confiscate your money if you criticise them or post a complaint on a site like this.

Quote:

2.1. The following actions by the player will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions of the Casino, but not limited to this list. Consequences may include termination of the player's casino account, confiscation of winnings and existing balances, denial of services, promotions and any other offers by the Casino.

- Should at any time the casino discover an active or past complaint/dispute/criticism on a public forum or blog or any other type of website.

They seem to think that a Martingale is a winning strategy and will ban you for using it:

Quote:

- If the Player is discovered to be cheating or has been found making irregular betting patterns, or suspicious or irregular betting strategies and or the Player has instigated a system (i.e. Martingale, machines, computers, software or any other form of automation) to proliferate a cheat designed for the Casino to lose revenue due to this operation.

Don't play for 90 days? They will confiscate your money:

Quote:

3.9. Should a player abstain from logging into their Casino account for a period of 90 days or more or the player 90 days without making a single bet or wager, the Casino will be entitled to any balance in that players account and the sum forfeit. Should the player wish to withdraw this amount after this period, we will examine each situation on a case by case basis but reserve the right to invoke the above 3 month rule.

They have this horrible rule that prevents small depositors from winning more than 10x their deposit, even if they don't claim a bonus. I have seen this rule before, mostly at rogue TopGame casinos that are run by crooks.

Quote:

5.1. All Deposits of €249 or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session (all other currencies pegged to USD). Once a withdrawal is approved, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. The remaining funds are deemed 'Non-Withdrawable' and are cleared from the player's balance.

Minimum 15 business days to process a withdrawal. This only starts after they have authroised your withdrawal, and who knows how long that will take:

Quote:

5.2. Customers can submit their withdrawal request at anytime. The approval time may take fifteen - eighteen (15 - 18) working days starting the date authorization process was completed successfully.

I stopped looking there and then. Forget about it. This has all the hallmarks of a rogue casino and no-one should play there.

Hi
Crazy Winners - I joined them 2 months ago I did enjoy the games however had major problems with withdrawals first one took a month kept asking for more and more identity. Also I had a win of £700 the next time I logged in it had vanished I have tried to get to the bottom of this for weeks first they said they were looking in to it now they just ignore all emails and chats. Based on this I would avoid the site.

Sorry to hear that gogglebox. Given what I found in my post above, I am not surprised at all though. They don't appear to be a professionally run casino and some of the rules in their T&Cs have been put in there to outright fleece players.

i played no deposit bonus and i win 100 euros.First they tell me to play 25 euros and then withdraw 100. When deposit (the deposit displays immediately in my account) i played my real 25 euros money after asked me for the verification documents which are not few but also not much they pay me immediately with neteller !The only disadvantage is that have minimum cash out 100 euros !And the wagering requirement was x100 and the no deposit bonus 10 euros , the games are pretty good especially the scratch games !Finally sometimes late to answer in chat but you need to have patience and ask them twice !Also give a lot of bonus after your fisrt deposit to pay !

I stupidly deposited without reading their T&Cs, partly because I couldn't initially find them as you navigate the site by scrolling horizontally. Once I'd read them, I wish I'd not wasted my money. There is never an excuse to take so long to process a withdrawal and I've never been asked for so much documentation at any other casino.
The 3d slots are fantastic to look it and play if they'll load properly or stop spinning (maybe it's a problem at my end) After many hours of playing to finally meet the wagering requirement (for this deposit it was x35), I had 230 Euros to withdraw (or so I thought) Sorry...but if I've wagered 35 times, I think I've earned my deposit bonus and should be able to keep it, not have it removed. By the time the bonus was removed and they've charged me 10 -40 Euros for the withdrawal, I was left with a withdrawal of about 100 Euros (from an original 230) I know I'm complaining about stuff that was stated in their terms but I think that (as posted by another member on this thread) they are outrageous. Yes, they seem to be very generous with their bonuses but they are just not worth it. I would avoid them.

Fantastic feedback inkslot, thanks for sharing it. I know what you mean about the horizontal scrolling - its probably one of the worst designed sites I've seen in a long time. My guess is they have jumped on the mobile design bandwagon and forgotten about anyone using a computer.

To ease the burn a bit, I've given you some bonus CLchips which can be used in our shop.

Crazy Winners casino is a brand new online gambling site that was launched in May 2015. Its primary focus is to target the French Market but it is also available for UK, Canadian, and European players. The casino uses a number of software providers including Betsoft and a third proprietary software. All its games are available in both download and instant play and are be mobile compatible. All the games have a fun play mode also. Worth trying definitely!

It was due to their rediculous terms and conditions being that you can only withdraw 10x your deposit. They also remove the $50 bonus after you've already played it through 75x. I sent an email/ complaint to the place they claim to hold a license with in regards to the absurd terms and conditions and they said they do not have a license with curaceo egaming. So they may not be licensed at all....

Yeah that term is quite deliberate. Its there to trap you and rip you off so they never have to pay off a big win to a small depositor. Unfortunately you agreed to it when you signed up.

I can't find any evidence of them being licensed anywhere. I couldn't even find a statement on their site saying that they were licensed by anyone. So they aren't licensed. They don't display a company name or any operator information in their T&Cs, instead referring to themselves as "The Casino" or "The operators of the casino website". It is a by the numbers rogue casino setup with no transparency and ridiculous terms. I'll add it to our rogue list shortly.

I looked up their domain registration information in the WHOIS database in an attempt to work out who really owns them. And I got an instant bingo:

Quote:

Registrant Organization: CyberRock Entertainment N.V.

These crooks are already on our blacklist for running a bunch of crap Rival casinos with the same rip-off terms, and same modus operandi of not paying winners. Plus an idiot working for them who calls himself John Stern (real name David Koenig, or perhaps its the other way around, who knows) once blasted us with a bunch of the rudest, most threatening, and unprofessional emails I have received, demanding that we remove anything bad said about his crooked casinos from our site. Needless to say, that won't even be happening. Hi John/David... I know you'll be reading this.

This site has black listed Crazywinners and good for you. Your review is honest and correct, anyone with a complaint about this site just read the black listing information. The one thing I cannot establish (another with a bad experience on the site) is do they actually have a gambling licence and if not how can they be allowed to run a casino?Information on many promotional sites states they have a licence with Curaco e-gaming but I have e-mailed them and they have no such licence. Any help would be gratefully received.

I can't even take this casino anymore, they seem like a really bad joke.. I have read so many bad things about them, people not getting paid, etc..I played there once with a freechip and they send me lots of spam mails offering silly bonuses and I would really encourage to stay away from them, they have really bad terms and I wouldn't trust them.

I would really like to know if they have a licence? I can't really see how they could have one as who would endorse a site with such unfair terms and conditions. It is quite easy to find the play through limits and in my case a play through of 80,000 euro's, yes you read it right. After paying through this and feeling quite elated at winning 1900 euro's to be told you could only withdraw 10 x deposit as initial deposit is less than 249 is unbelievable. The details of the withdrawal policy is quite well hidden and the last info included in terms and conditions. I could say if you are going to have such a policy then make it clear and in sight but then is this a fair policy?I don't know???.....I do not believe it is and again, what gaming commission would endorse such a site?

I don't believe that they are licensed. I took another look at their site and found this in the terms which was not there last time I looked:

Quote:

The Casino is registered, licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao for the purpose of operating an online casino.

Whether that is true or not (I suspect that it isn't) is moot because Curacao does basically nothing when it comes to vetting their licensees or enforcing any kind of regulation on them. These days the Government there does nothing and have instead contracted out the licensing authority to a couple of master licensors (like Curacao eGaming), which are private companies that charge applicants a fee for the privilege of getting a sub-license. They have no dispute intermediation process that players can use either. So even if they are licensed, it isn't much help.

I remember I read many player complaints and the thing is that they don't have a licence. They stated about a month ago on their page that they have Malta licence (iif I remember correctly) but later couldn't prove that. Just today I asked their live chat what license they have and this is what they told me :
You: hi, what gambling license do you have?
Jennifer J: We are based In Malta our providers are netent Rival and Betsoft
You: yes but what licence do you have
You: Curacao? Malta? Gibraltar?
Jennifer J: Malta !

I mean this is definitely a red flag, please don't play there.

They are not licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority. You can see a list of licensed operators here and Crazy Winners isn't anywhere on that page. They won't name the company that operates the casino on their website (a big red flag) so you can't check for that either.
