Hi swiifty, we haven't reviewed Lady Lucks casino so I have no experience with them. I still may be able to help if you can fill us in with a bit more information.

Without knowing more, if you are having a dispute that they are unwilling or unable to resolve then you can contact the UK Gambling Commission which licenses them. Information about the complaints procedure is here:

Thank you for the reply.

Basically we got a free bonus of £20 so my girlfriend thought she would play. Obviously with all bonus money you have a wager. This wager was 50 x the free money, which was 1000 and we beat that twice over on the free money so we automatically thought after beating the wager that money was ours... Which on sky Vegas and coral that is always the case. Bit it said we couldn't withdraw so we rang them... They came up with some bull crap about all there terms and condition which we missed with is fair Enough but we couldn't get our heads around it. With all the bonus money the site actually gives out.
They state that you can only win £50 if you beat any wager with is bang out of order. If you've won £1000/£2000.
During this my girlfriend deposited also and with a deposit it have 100% match so she deposited £10 and got £10 so they was another wager which we also beat. But they said we went Into bonus money.

So after all that we thought we will play the money. Then we looked at the withdrawal and it said we could withdraw £1300 but by doing the withdrawal we would lose £847 or so thing of the bonus money.. So that means we won the money and they are still saying we can only get the £50...

Ok I'm a little confused by that but I'll do my best! Smile

Your girlfriend's first £20 free bonus that you had to wager £1000 to clear before withdrawal does indeed have a £50 withdrawal limit. This is a standard thing that almost all casinos do nowadays because when they give away £20 free chips sooner or later someone like your girlfriend is going to win huge. So they put an upper limit on the withdrawal from a free chip to protect themselves. This is the relevant part of their T&Cs (I bolded the limit part):

Quote:

13.2 Every bonus is subject to a wagering or 'play through' requirement. By way of example, if you are credited a bonus of one pound sterling (GBP£1.00) with a wagering requirement of fifty times, this means that You will have to wager fifty pounds sterling (GBP£50.00) before being able to request a withdrawal. Note that the maximum withdrawal that can be made from the registration bonus or any other free bonus offered to players through SMS, in Game message, email or the Daily Bonus Bonanza (Sometimes referred to as the sign-up bonus or Free welcome bonus) is fifty pounds sterling (GBP£50.00). You can check Your bonus, cash and play through status in Your Account statement on Your mobile at any time in the Account Service menu. You can also contact Customer Support should You require any assistance.

So you are entitled to withdraw £50 at most from the initial £20 free chip.

Next, I think you're saying she deposited and claimed another 100% deposit bonus where she deposited £10 and was given another £10 free? For that one the relevant terms say:

Quote:

5. All bonuses must be wagered at least 50 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example, if you deposit £10, you need to wager 50 x £10 = £500 before you can withdraw your bonus.

There is no limit clause on that one so whatever she has won from that she should be able to keep.

The tricky part is how they reconcile things if she deposited the £10 before withdrawing the free chip winnings. If so she would have had a balance of say £1000 from the winnings from the free chip and the casino would need to subtract £950 from the balance she had at the end.

So if I have interpreted what happened correctly, it sounds like the casino is doing the right thing.

Also - I noticed you posted a screenshot with presumably your home address in it so I edited it and removed it from the photo.

Thank you.

But Basicly a website that prides it self in the bonuses etc sign up bonus, deposit bonus etc you can only win £50 even though you have wagered the amount stated.

Big scam in my eyes

Cheers for info though

Unfortunately it is pretty much the industry standard. It is very rare these days to find any free chips or fee spins bonus that does not have a maximum withdrawal limit. There are even casinos that limit the amount that you can win on a deposit bonus, though I generally regard those places as dodgy.

I got a copy of the whole account history and when playing the bonus everyttime I won it said added to bonus account and near then end after we deposited it said adding to cash pot. It's wierd

You rekon if we took it further we have a leg to stand on it should we just give up

Cheers Chris

Sorry but I don't think you have grounds to argue because the terms are clear.
