Bitcoin Casino Gambling?

11 replies • Last post

Hey everybody, I am looking into the world of using Bitcoin to gamble at casinos. Have you had any experiences? If so, what are your thoughts on using this currency to bet on stuff?

Do you think they are easy to get? What casinos do you play at? What are the benefits of using them?

Thanks in advance!

belaff is your man for that. I know he's done a bit with bitcoin. I've read quite a lot on it over the past few years and almost decided to buy some when they were $3. I thought I was so smart when they went up to $14 or so then back down to below $3. What a great decision that turned out not to be!

I have yet to see a casino that accepts bitcoin as a deposit option. Since I am only referring to casinos that accept US players, there may be others that do.

Its actually becoming more common, specifically for U.S. based players. Its on our radar.

One of the problems that I have seen is that loads of the bitcoin only casinos have pirated games. So you have no guarantee that they have not tampered with the RNG to ensure that you lose. And of course there is a massive risk that one day they may just up and disappear overnight.

If you see a bitcoin casino offering Net Entertainment or Aristocrat or other big well known games to Americans then chances are near certain that the games are pirated.

So I think the safest way to go is to play at an established casino that offers bitcoin as a transfer method. In most cases they just convert the bitcoin into dollars when you deposit and the reverse when you withdraw. You don't want to leave your money in the casino long though as the exchange rate is so volatile that you could win at the casino and still end up with less than you deposited by the time you withdraw (and vice versa).

Thanks Belaff. I am learning more about Bitcoin, but it is a deep subject with a lot of complexities. Any help would be appreciated!

Our labels, and all this casinos are have bitcoins, and absolutely safe. But if i choose - i go with bitstarz Smile
Bitcoin casinos are interesting and good, but in my opinion only for USA, and some other countries.

Do these casinos allow you to play in bitcoin or do they convert it into $ or € while you play?

Allow to play in bitcoins/ or real money. You just open cashier, and can switch between accounts/currencies. For me there is BTC in cashier, and USD. I can switch to USD, deposit with skrill, and play with USD. I can switch to BTC, deposit with BTC and play with BTC.
Also recently we have integrated system called cubits, you can deposit with real money - and system converts it to BTC, and deposit with BTC and play with real money. Not sure how exactly this works, since i never tested it Smile

I have tried out a couple of spots using Bitcoin and I have to say that I am very impressed with what I've seen. I was able to deposit AND withdraw instantly and my money was back in my Bitcoin wallet in 5 minutes.

Games are pretty good too and support is fast to respond. So far, so good on these casinos!

I have tried BitStarz and BitCasino.io. I am actually penning my thoughts on these and will share them with you as soon as I get them completed.
