Dreams Casino (RTG : formerly Cirrus Casino)

3 replies • Last post

Hello,

I have found another RTG Casino - Dreams Casino Smile

I thought that this was very new one, but, in the live chat, it says that Cirrus (the fraudulent one) has been renovated into Dream Casino Sad

So, players would better be cautious about this one, too.

Good Luck.

Thank you.

Yes, run far far away from that one. If you try to go to the old Cirrus Casino site you get redirected to this one. Thanks for the tip - I will update our blacklist now!

I wonder how this group has been able to stay in business. They run many casinos and not one of them has a good reputation. Since the costs of operating and advertising for so many casinos must be extremely high, I am amazed that they have been able to survive.

I agree it is mysterious but I guess it helps the bottom line enormously if you don't pay your big winners. The biggest I think was when they never paid a guy who won a six figure jackpot around a decade ago. They do pay some players after evaluating whether they think the player will return and play some more. If they have lost a lot in the past, they have a better chance of being paid. So they do enough to keep the "high value" players and offer loads of free chips and ridiculous bonuses to keep new players coming in the doors. Every few years they will mount a PR campaign telling everybody that they have new management, and are righting the wrongs of the past etc, but they always go back to their old ways without fail.

They are also very aggressive in removing traces of their bad behaviour and owner's previous criminal convictions from the internet. We have been threatened in the past with demands to have his name removed from our site, which we are in no position to fight. But if you know his name, when you look it up you will find countless pages of rubbish with his name on it all designed to hide the incriminating stuff as far down the search results as possible.
