Rich Casino Anyone?

3 replies • Last post

Hey all, I'm relatively new to video poker (1 year), but so far really enjoying my experience, although limited (so far) anyone else a regular at Rich Casino?

Like I say I'm no expert but it offers great service in my opinion. I have been using the site for just under a year (after some payout issues with other sites) and I have had very few problems. At least none that went unresolved. They are prompt on payments and the customer service guys are pretty helpful if you have any doubts. I guess that says something about it being a professionally run company. Does anyone have any tips for other decent sites with good payouts that I can trust?

Hi Stevie, welcome on our forum.
Rich casino is blacklisted:

Blacklisted - very slow pay and unresponsive
We have taken the decision to blacklist Rich Casino and others owned by the same operator Blefondia Holdings - namely Thebes Casino and Casino Moons - due to extremely slow payment of winnings (see forum thread here: Rich Casino - anyone paid?) and unresponsive customer support. While the casino stepped up to pay our original complainant after several months, the complaints keep coming in and the pattern continues. It is our recommendation therefore that players stay away from this casino as there is a good chance that you will not be paid should you win.

Hey Stevie,

As an American player, I like High Noon Casino and WinADay as some of my favorites. Both have great free chips to test them out and are as reliable as you will find.

Hi Steve. Yeah I would stay far, far away from Rich Casino. We had many reports of problems with them a few years ago. Slow payments, non payment, completely amateur management and support. They were a typical TopGame casino which more or less equates to casino horror.

I even went and checked them out just now to see if anything has changed. Let me see...

- $1000 per week withdrawal limit unless you play enough to go up their VIP list (i.e. lose a lot of money).
- The "up to $3333" sign up bonus, which you need to deposit $1000 to get the maximum bonus, has a maximum withdrawal limit of a whopping $100.
- Clicking the link to read more about that bonus instead started downloading the software which I thought was shifty.
- It is still run out of Costa Rica which means it is not licensed or accountable to anyone.

So yeah, run for the hills instead of playing at Rich Casino.

If you want to find some other good casinos, check out our index of casinos - they are marked with a flag if they accept play from the United States. The best ones are closer to the top of the page. We also have recommendations tailored to most countries at the bottom of this page.
