Who Is the Genesys Group? ???

I keep getting strange emails from this place into my INBOX. The strange thing about the messages is they act as if I have been playing there, which I have not. Never heard of them. I have had a couple of different messages that implies I have played there before. This is just one example of about three:

Hmmm....the only one on the above list that sounds even vaguely familiar is Treasure Mile casino. I have never deposited at any of the above, but I may have signed up at that one to get a free chip, but still I cannot say that with 100% certainty.

Don't you find their message strange when I have never tried (and failed) to sign in, because I haven't had any of those casinos downloaded and if I did it would have been to try the free chip, lose, and uninstall. So, my guesses would be:
1) They had technical issues and just sent out a mass email to cover anyone who could have tried to sign in during that time or
2) They sent out a bogus mass email to try to get people to come back and play by using a very strange spam message?

Thanks for listing those, because I was very confused and I had never heard of that "group" before.

They are pretty cool. Mandarin Palace is a neat casino I've played at. I really like the unique games (no RTG there), and there is a really strange one called iArcadia that I simply love.

Maybe you tried Mandarin Palace or something one time when I spoke out about their neat games? I dunno, but its a clue perhaps! Smile

I see what you mean about the message. Maybe they sent it to you by mistake, or maybe they just blanket emailed everyone after having a technical problem. Or maybe its just a trick to get you back in there.

I am not sure, but that name doesn't "ring a bell." But I have forgotten other, similar things like signing up for a casino only to find out I am already signed up there, lol. But I really don't think so. But now I am going to check it out for sure, lol! I have a busy week, but when I get a chance I will check out some of the reviews. Are those games unique to Mandarin Palace or do all the casinos CLED listed from that group have the same type of games?

Yup. lol And that is just one example of about three or four very strange ones that act like I am more familiar with their "group" than I am. So I also figured one of the above reasons. I guess I will never know for sure.

All of those casinos in the group use that software. It is one that not too many casinos use, but that group is one of them. Also, if you are a slots player they have a pretty good mobile casino that you can use on your phone/tablet (although there are no table games, which really sucks).

Well I must have signed up for one of these casinos before, but now I recall I had trouble playing any of the games or signing up or something. I never deposited at any of them. I just installed Treasure Mile and almost had the same issues, but then somehow I was able to take a peek at the games. They also transferred my log in information from another casino I previously signed up for within the Genesys group, and I have NO idea which one. I doubt I will make a deposit, because I don't have deposit funds right now, but I DID notice this one has table games, 'Slim!

Well, Treasure Mile casino was very honest with a free chip. I had no problem cashing out my winnings of 200 or 250 (i dont remenber the exact amount). However, i dont like their slots. Too tight, poor payrate, ... Very boring. I believe it was a miracle when won some money there.
