Online casino survey with prizes

8 replies • Last post

First of all- Hi everyone!!!

My name is Pete, I am working for an online casino (later I will tell you the name). We are running a small poll, so I decided to turn to the most trustful source - you, the players!! If you decide to dedicate us a couple of minutes of your time we will thank you with free welcome bonuses and bigger first deposit bonus Smile The goal of this research is just to improve the communication between casino and players.

Please answer the questions below. If you have other thoughts you are welcome, too.Smile

1. Do you leave your real phone number, when registering at online casino? If not, why?
2. Would you accept a promotional call from an online casino? If not, why?
3. What time is the most appropriate time for you to be called for casino promotions?
- All day long
- before work
- after work
- during lunch break
- other (please specify)
4. Would you pick up the phone if it is showing unrecognized number or from another country, having in mind that this is maybe the casino calling?

Thank you for the time, you can post your answers here or send me a private message. Please also provide your name and country so that we will be able to give you the bonuses later.

Pete could you please identify your casino. That is the least you could do before trying to market it via a survey.

Hello, I am not trying to advertise or market it. It is just a survey. Anyway if it is more comfortable for you guys, let's just a e discussion, without naming casinos or giving bonuses?

I just don't see the need for the secrecy. Nothing you're asking should be affected by the name of the casino. Anyway I am going to answer so here goes...

1. Yes, because casinos often use it for identity verification after registration. I am fine with that. You can call me to verify that I am real and did in fact register or make a first deposit. But no more after that thanks. Also I have been around long enough to know that leaving a fake phone number would be more than enough excuse for the wrong casino to decide not to pay me if I won, even if all my other info checked out.

2. No. Its nothing personal, I don't want promotional calls from anyone.

3. Never.

4. I never pick up the phone if it is an unrecognised number. If the caller wants me they can leave a message. If they don't leave a message then I just assume that they didn't need to speak to me in the first place.

Cheers

1. Do you leave your real phone number, when registering at online casino? If not, why?
Yes, I leave my real phone number, because many will use this for verification. When I win that BIG JACKPOT, I don't
want to be accused of providing false information.
2. Would you accept a promotional call from an online casino? If not, why?
I don't mind one call for verification, but I don't care for promotional calls. I will choose where I play based on offers sent through email or posted on their sites: NO phone calls or snail mail please!
3. What time is the most appropriate time for you to be called for casino promotions?
None
- All day long
- before work
- after work
- during lunch break
- other (please specify)
4. Would you pick up the phone if it is showing unrecognized number or from another country, having in mind that this is maybe the casino calling?
Only if for verification purposes
No text messages either, please. The above two methods I listed, emails (NOT every day) and listing promotions on the casino website, is enough for me.

Thank you for the time, you can post your answers here or send me a private message. Please also provide your name and country so that we will be able to give you the bonuses later.

No, its the same with text messages. I really look down on businesses that try to market to me in my own private space. Email for example allows me to read and respond (or delete and ignore) in my own time when I feel like it. Phone calls and text messages are annoying interruptions.

Depending on the business, one text or call trying to sell me something may be enough to stop me doing business with them again.

Yes, sometimes they need to contact you to verify something, if you give a fake number and you can't be contacted you may have trouble withdrawing your winnings.
Yes
All day, that would probably depend if you can take calls during work hours, but I don't work.
Yes. I've been offered free bonuses via phone calls so I wouldn't want to miss out.
