Please be WARNED! Casino Fiz is a RIP OFF. They owe me 3000.00 and after waiting for over a month they closed my account and are saying they will not pay me. Customer assistance are not words in their vocabulary. They kept telling me I needed to send this and send that which I sent over 10 times. They don't even give you the correct email address to send the documents to. They said they are unable to communicate to their accounting department over the phone! It's ridiculous. I even tried to have a mediator online solve the problem but since they wont respond to anyone it doesn't help out much. I was conned by their lies and paid for it dearly. Please DO NOT BET WITH THEM!

These people also run Rockbet casino and we have recently been in a dispute with them over a similar situation. They are unresponsive and it would appear, outright thieves. We were already going to add Rockbet to our blacklist and we'll be putting their other casinos, including Fiz, in there too.
