Liberty Slots Customer Service is.............

5 replies • Last post

...............so very slow compared to other chats I have experienced at other casinos.

In addition, they sent me an offer in the mail, but they don't want to credit me with the offer they took the time to mail to me. Nice.

I received a letter and CD in the mail. I previously installed the casino and signed up to play tournaments, but I have never deposited there, ever. So I get on chat to ask where to put in the code THEY mailed to ME to receive my 25 dollars to play with.

But it can never be that easy, can it?

I will copy the little chat session in the next box, because I can't figure out how to do it here.

Here is the little chat session. I waited FOREVER just to hear that no one there can help me. Yeah, I love waiting. 😢

And that was it. Just asked if there is anything else he could do for me, and I said no and thanks, blah, blah, blah. I will now see IF and when I hear from the casino. I am just a little irritated by all this, so I thought I would share/vent.

Sorry for the back screen shots, but I am in a hurry to go eat, lol. So get out your magnifying glass or reading glasses. haha!

I made the print bigger so I could read it. Sounds like they don't really give a crap if they get your business or not. I also believe that those reps are handling (typing) several different inquiries at once. I can type my response very fast, but it always seems that I have to wait several minutes for a response back from them. The casinos that don't give good customer service from the very beginning don't deserve our deposits.

That's really crappy too to give you a code to use then not honor it. How did they get your name to begin with?

Could you uninstall the casino and re-install it this time with the code?

Well I do play tournaments there and at Miami Club. Not sure if they are "related," but they have the same kind of games. One of our new members here (I apologize cuz I can't think of her name unless I click out of this message and go look) really speaks highly of this place. I do think I was just included in some mass mailing, and I get these from time to time in the snail mail: some from reputable casinos where I do play and some from ones I have never heard of or know they are bad news, and those go in the trash, of course. If I am not sure, I ask here first, too.

That is true they may be multi-tasking, but most places I am used to prompt responses and at least feeling as if I am the only one he or she is communicating with at the time.

I supposed I could try the uninstall reinstall thing, but not sure because I believe it might be during the sign up process and I am already signed up. Anyway, I am not going to lose any sleep over it. I was just a bit irritated.

No email response from them today. 😢
