Pandabet is a casino and sportsbook licensed in the Isle of Man. It appears to be legit, as it is eCOGRA certified.

The Player Vs. Player concept is different, but I only saw it as a coin flip game. I am not sure, but is it that you are betting heads, while your friend bets tails? If so, this needs to be juiced up before it catches my interest...

I am betting that this is a lame attempt at astro-tufing from someone being paid by the casino.
