NetSpend Deposit Problems

16 replies • Last post

Hey all, I am trying to deposit to a variety of online casinos using a NetSpend prepaid Debit Visa that I got today. I was under the impression that these cards were still working , but I can't get any casino/sportsbook to get my money through to a wagering place.

Any tips?

Sorry. I have never tried to use any other cards. I am going to have to try something different SOON, because according to Club World my card no longer accepts the Paymycard option, and I will not pay for their ridiculous fees for cheques. (Only free to withdraw 750 or more which I think is way too high and a bit ridiculous, too).

Have you used this option in the past?

Keep us posted, because I will need another option soon.

Good luck!

I have had to call netspend and let them know that foreign charges were okay and then they lift the hold and it goes smoothly from there. the customer service is a little slow but my card did eventually work. and did the other day. : )

Greendot Visa never let me down.. but I'm sticking to Amex Serve bec, there's no monthly fee and the direct deposit is now open. So, I'll be using this @ online casinos that accepts it such as the SlotoCash group and maybe Intertops casino..??

Y'all take care.. =^. .^=

I have a prepaid Visa, but it is called "Account Now. I have never tried to use it before. Anyone know anything about that card? Maybe I will give it a try and see what happens.

I've used Account Now in the past. It does work, but I ended up losing my card somewhere and can't figure out what I did with it, which caused me to get the Netspend.

I'll have to call them and OK the international transfers I guess.

I need to get my live dealer gamble on!

Lol! I still haven't played Live Dealer due to the higher minimum bet, but it does look like fun!

That is good to know about Account Now. I will have to try it soon. Smile

I'm a fan of slowing it down a bit. With the auto dealer games, I still like them, but I find that I end up losing more at a faster rate.

With the live dealer, she at least has to spread it out a bit (just like a real blackjack table) and it helps me with pacing. My personal results have been better on there, and maybe it is because of this.

Of course, it is also harder to play a live game where the minimum stakes are $10 per hand. You can jump through that bankroll fast if you don't deposit a nice amount.

I found a place with $5 live bets. Maybe I will take a look at that.

Please post or PM the place with the five-dollar bets, 'Slim. I could not find any less than 10 bucks. I like the land casinos, because I can start at the three-dollar tables. I figured out the dollar tables are a rip off, because the catch is you have to ante up a quarter (25% of your bet!) for every hand you play. There is ONE casino in our state with the dollar table, and I played at that table a couple of times. I would rather play three or five.

Anyway, I deposited at Win A Day with the Visa Account Now and it went through fine. Now I want to try a withdrawal soon (but I have to win first, lol)

Packing is definitely an undesirable task but the end result will be well worth it. Didn't know you could accumulate so much in 1900 square feet and 16 years Erm Smile Crikey
