Once again problems depositing with Winaday and Slotland

5 replies • Last post

This weekend, easter, there are some nice bonuses at these two casino's. I played both of them a week ago and deposited without any problem. Today I cannot deposit cause there is a ban outtage. I wrote to the billing dept of both of them and basically told them they should get there banking deal in order. It's ridiculous. Anyone else had problems. I think Hope had at one point?🤷??

I have never tried depositing at Slotland, Susiebear, but yes, I did have previous issues at Win A Day, then suddenly I could deposit there. After that there was another day that I could not, then no problem again. But I haven't tried in a while, because I never win anything there, as much as I like a few of their games (for something different).

I burned through the big 5 dollar bonus from the Slotland Newsletter in about 2 minutes, lol. I don't like how their minimum bets are set so high on most of their games.

Are the two casinos related? Is that why banking problems at both or do they just use the same banking system? When I complained to Win A Day, I did get a free deposit for my troubles. I never received a very good answer from them either. Hopefully, if enough people complain they will make some improvements. Especially if this is turning players off to even wanting to try to deposit there.

Keep us posted!

Oh, and I would definitely tell them you want them to honor the Easter deposit match bonus when and if your deposit DOES go through if you want to keep trying. I have been impressed with Win A Day customer service. Very helpful and polite chat and emails are even returned FAR more promptly than I have experienced anywhere else.

Well I tried later at both, Win a Day still no luck but Slotland worked. I agree with the height of minimum bets but at slotland I like the ice queen 60 cts min bet and the race game which I have always won pretty good on 55 cts min bet. But like the one where ya have to click on the dragon to spin its like 5 bucks min bet if ya want to play all lines. Too much for me.

I thought Ice Queen was one dollar minimum when I played it yesterday? I could have sworn that was the minimum on that one. I must have missed something. I don't think I have tried a "race game," but if I get another bonus, ever, I will check it out.

Good luck with your deposit at Slotland! 🙂

Slotland and Winaday are owned by the same people so they would be using the same banking systems. I know it is annoying but that is how it is at the moment for U.S. players unfortunately.
