Miami Club Scare (and info)

I had quite the scare today involving Miami Club.

I opened my email and there were two emails from MC. The first one said I had requested my account information, but the body of the email was filled with nonsense.

The second email was even more frightening, because it said I made a deposit. I had not deposited at Miami Club since December, but it made it seem as if I had JUST made a deposit.

Of course I emailed and got nothing, so I jumped onto chat. The person there said the emails are the old confirmations for December, and January deposits! The person said it is not from the casino, but a "tech issue" not on our end but the platform." So the casino is not taking the blame, and they apologized for the scare.

The chat person then credited my account with a 10 dollar bonus. I told her I like playing there, but as a U.S. customer, I can't really play there, because the withdrawal options are so limited. She then said they do Western Union for "some customers." I told her that changes everything! lol! So, I guess I still have a nice alternate option when it comes to variety.

I just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else made a deposit at Miami Club in December or January and decides to panic like I did! Plus the info on getting funds may be helpful to some. 🙂
