I just had this conversation with this Casino. I had recieved a free birthday chip with a max cash out of 100 dollars. I could redeem this chip, no problem.

Susiebear: Thats not what is offered and it was a free birthday chip of 50 dollars and once I had done the playthrough which I am sure I probably have I could cash out min and max 100 dollars

Axel: i understand, but according with our record, thisis your second free chip, and unfortunately, free chip are not allow to play in a row,

I hadn't triend to cash out at all.
This is bs he said I had had two free chips in a row and therefore couldn't cash out anything.

@ Susiebear.. Unfortunately, I've read this casino is blacklisted and notorious after I accepted their free chips too just like Coolcat Casino, part of their group.

I am trying NOT to play for free chips anymore.. lesson learned. Most online casinos will get you one way or the other. Also, I'm staying away from bonuses.. unless it's a real good offer with lower play through.

I won again and tried to withdraw and they said no. So I said ok but I still have no explanation why when I had a fifty dollar free chip you took 145 dollars from me. I was plaing and had 235 dollars and suddenly just ninety. They will not explain this so after trying once again tonight to get an explanation I told them to delete my account. Which he said he would.

These guys are scum of the worst kind. They are owned by a convicted fraudster and have been ripping people off for years. The amazing thing is that despite burning through customers with their dodgy practices they still manage to stay in business. I guess it helps when they only pay a small proportion of their winners.

A quote from the warning on our review of The Virtual Casino describes this situation exactly:

As for the automatic reduction from 235 to 90 or so, they aren't actually to blame for that one. RTG introduced that into their software a while ago. As soon as you complete the wagering requirements they subtract any non-withdrawable part of the bonus from your balance. This creates another problem because once they have done that, you have completed your bonus right? But we've had complaints that people have kept playing, won more, and then the casino tells them that they can't withdraw more than the limit on the bonus, even though they already subtracted the excess when the bonus wagering finished. They have engineered a situation where the player can keep playing without possibly winning.

hmm Axel is also support that I talked with at Palace of Chance , but before my chat with this person i was told by another support I could not cash out the money I won from a no deposit bonus... I got a 150.00 no deposit bonus the play thru was something like 3,400.00 and max cash out was 300.00. Well I made the play thur.I decided I only wanted to play 7's and stripes slots I won jackpot 2 times 1 for 600.00 and 1 for 500.00 something and finally hit 3 red 777 .LUCKY HUH hmmm ok. By the time it was all done I had about 1,200.00 in my winnings soon as I hit the play thru it all left but the cashable amount

. but anyway was told by the first support I talked with there was someone else from my address that had an account that got a no deposit bonus there-for my cash out would be denied.
This family memeber played that bonus years ago and hasnt played there in years but they find every thing they can to not pay you.

Ok so now I go to support again and ask that the money I won be taken out of my account so IF I decide to deposit I would not have a problem with it being mixed up with the money I could not cash out LOL LOL . heres what I was told ..

Yes the statement about the origin of funds is correct. The problem is that most American banks will not allow any gambling related transactions for fear of breaking the vague UIGEA law. If you state that it is from online gambling they will not accept the check and could even cancel it and cause all sorts of problems for the payment processing company.
