Win A Day: How to Deposit

Well, just my luck, and I am NOT happy tonight.

I waited so long to deposit at Win A Day, and it will not accept my Visa. Now I can't try anymore tonight, because I used up my five times when it was two different chat people who told me to keep trying! Sad

More details are here, but can anyone tell me the trick to making a deposit in this casino?

I have NEVER, not ONCE, had an issue with making a deposit, and I am using the same card I always use.

Now I have to wait 24 hours, more likely until Monday. This was going to be my little treat for the week end. Sad

I have had no problems depositing with a Visa card there. In fact, it was one of the easiest deposits I can recall at a casino.

No workarounds or anything on my part...

Are you using a prepaid? That is the only thing I can think of that would be throwing off their system.

No! It is not a prepaid, and like I said, it is the same one I use at EVERY other casino, and I have NEVER, EVER had one single problem. I double and triple checked my information, and everything is correct as entered, so I just don't get it.

I haven't checked my email today, but I will let you all know if they honor their promise to email me.

WinaDay's response. I had to email them to get them to write back. They said they had emailed me, but there was no email when I searched inbox and junk mail. At least they enclosed their response with the new email they just returned to me in reply to my inquiry.

Dear XXXXX,

This is Helen H. Harper from the Billing Department, your inquiry was forwarded to me for review.

I'm sorry to hear about the deposit difficulties that you encountered. Your deposits were probably declined due to a temporary transaction limit on the side of our e-cash partner or a connection error between banks. We recommend that you try again later. Thanks for your understanding.

Still nothing figured out. And now the deposit page says something about the Visa provider honoring some holiday and will be gone until the sixteenth? I will copy and paste that message here tomorrow.

Anyway, emailed back and forth with them today, and still beyond frustrated. They were nice enough to give me 15 dollars to play with while we try to figure it out, but I just dont get it and they do not seem to have an answer for me. I just wanted to make a small deposit then use the CL bonus.

I will update everyone as I am provided with new information. Sad

As I said before, I can't figure out why they are having the issue. If it is a payment processor deal, then they should update their provider.

I want to hear about my BIG WINS, too, 'Slim! lol!

I am not receiving much help from them at all. I received another email from the same woman above, saying the exact same thing. She says, as I said before, it is "a limit on the side of our e-cash partner, due to high traffic," and she can "only recommend I keep trying." Well, I HAVE been trying for DAYS and they are offering no solutions for me except to keep trying and keep being frustrated, lol.

And one time, I received this message at the top of the deposit page:

At the top of the page, it said this:
Notice: During the Chinese traditonal Spring Festival,the sellers and the shipping companies will be on vacation from 6th to 16th,Feb,2013. So please make sure that you can wait for more days before making a payment. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Strange, huh?

And I already played through their free 15 bucks. lol

I guess I will try for a few more days, then I will give up and try to find a different place to play. Nothing else I can do.

I deposited there last year using Vanilla VISA gift card and it was accepted. Maybe you try that instead. It maybe time to sign up for Netspend or Greendot VISA prepaid card. Wink Smile Also, it could be your bank may have blocked any offshore transactions such as online gambling. Have you tried to use it recently on other online casinos?

Thanks, Ubetcha. First, I have used it to deposit in others with no problem: Buzzluck just the other day (since I had the issue at WinaDay.

And if you see her explanation above, she keeps telling me it is a problem with THEIR servers and e-partner.

I do have another prepaid Visa, but I don't have any money loaded on it right now. I supposed I could try that sometime just to see what happens. I will keep you posted. Smile

Hope, I have exactly the same problem with win a day. Seems like once your card is refused there you can't deposit with them any more. I like the casino and would love to use it. But I also cannot buy a prepaid card as I do not have a social security number here yet. So I am totally stuck.

Thanks you for posting, Susiebear. At least now I know I am not the only one having issues. When my money goes on my prepaid, I will try that, but as far as the other card, I am done trying, because it is too frustrating. Funny she says it is something on THEIR side, yet they can't do anything about it. I guess we aren't meant to play there...right now, anyway. Good thing there are some other choices out there for us. Smile

Yeah, I am not sure. They just keep telling me to keep trying, but I have given up for now. I don't understand how their explanation can be true (busy servers, etc) if it keeps happening over and over again, but hey, what do I know? Smile

Well, I promised to report if I was ever successful, and I did it!

I was at the University of Minnesota dental school waiting for my son to get his tooth pulled, and I was bored, so I thought I would try ONE MORE TIME.

When it went to the merchant's page, I looked over everything, and I changed Suite XXX to Apt XXX in my address line, and it went through! lol!

NOW I don't know if it is because I made that change (because address has to be EXACT same as billing address on my card) OR if their servers were not busy and it just happened to go through. I guess I will never know, but either way, I was VERY surprised when it said my deposit was successful.

Now, hopefully I will be able to play a while AND cash out.

Glad I tried ONE more time. I honestly was ready to totally give up.

NOT doing so hot, unfortunately. I am beginning to feel like I have the same curse that I have at the land casinos. Beginning to think I just have plain bad luck (even though I promise you I try hard to think positive, lol). But this is getting ridiculous. I will let you know if it turns around.
