Making a deposit through live chat

9 replies • Last post

I have no other options at SlotoCash except their live chat. Is it safe and secured to give them all personal info? Has anyone done this? I appreciate your feedback.

I have done this and no problems but I use my netspend and keep very little balance. Just my monthly allowance for gaming but I have never had a bogus charge from doing this.

While I normally wouldn't trust anyone with my debit card, luckywalker is right. A normal low balance prepaid card should be no problem for them to deposit for you.

Good luck!

I have never deposited through live chat, nor have I ever heard of this. I just deposit using Visa. However, I won't be playing at Slot O'Cash OR Miami Club anymore, because even if I win, I have no way to easily withdraw my funds. They REALLY need to offer at least ONE other withdrawal method, such as paytocard, wire transfer, and/or cheque. 😢

I'm also getting frustrated on what online casinos have changed lately. I did not realized it's now $350 withdrawal! It was only $100 before, right? I made my play through @ Aladdins Gold and Grande Vegas and got up to $200+ winnings and then the slots suddenly became tight so I ended of busting it all.. 😢 🥀

Let me play devil's advocate for a second:

How well do you know the chat operator? How much do you trust them?
My answer to both of those questions would almost always be not at all.

How do you know they aren't copying down your card number while they process your deposit only to use it later for something else or sell it on to crooks? Or that the chat isn't logged somewhere where someone else can find your card number later? I would feel far safer using an automated system where there is no human intervention.

I'd like to know exactly what they are doing when they take a payment like this manually instead of just use a secure deposit form.

Ya know, this is a completely ongoing theme with me, and it really makes me wonder, even though I am sure it is just "Luck, and chance and gambling." Still, EVERY SINGLE TIME I take a bonus either one of two things happens: 1) I end up with a zero balance very quickly, or 2) I do VERY well until right before I make play through, then I cant win a single thing to save my life.

I could see this happening now and again, but every single time? I don't get it.

As far as your withdrawal minimum, different withdrawal methods have different minimums. However, I know Slot O Cash and Miami Club are terrible with very limited withdrawal options for U.S. players.

We are both due for a BIG WIN, Ubetcha! May lady luck and LW's "Lhuda" give you buckets full of money, lol! 🙂

I thank you very much CL-Ed for that devil's advocate. It made me wonder why and what's the reason behind. I recently deposited at their sister casino Slots Capital via automated system and no problem at all. I'll chat with the rep @ Slotocash soon and will demand the secure deposit or I'll play somewhere else..!

Yes I think that is the safest option.

Wohoo.. the live chat got me in via automated system and my VISA Greendot was accepted without a hassle! I'm actively playing their tourneys BUT it does take the fun out of it when it has changed a lot those Add-Ons or Re-buy just to stay on the Leaderboard..
