Betonline refuses to pay me.

24 replies • Last post

OK i just started playing on Betonline again because i cashed out once there. Now i deposited 100$ and won to 900$ on the same day and want to cash out. This is what im getting from teh customer service.

I have 2250$ in rollover requirement from a deposit made on December 27, ALL MY BALANCE dropped to 0, that means my rollover requirement Resets, HAD THIS DONE NUMBEROUS TIME and last time i cashed out too. Not to mention that I made another deposit on janurary 07, 10 days after the bonus was used and balance dropped to 0.

Now they are telling me that I CANNOT CASH OUT because of a bonus i used couple deposit ago. HELP ME PLEASE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Wow, that stinks kianz11!

I didn't think bonuses could rollover to different deposits. If so, that is REALLY crummy. Perhaps CL-Ed can help you out as he has a way of resolving things with casinos.

Welcome to the site and I hope you can get your money!

I have never heard of that either. I always use free chips bonuses, etc and once my balance goes to zero I assumed that my bonus terms and conditions went away cuz on next deposit you can use a different bonus if you choose to...hmm very under-handed indeed. Hopefully, CL-Ed can help with this!!! I would email support or phone and not talk to live chat to find out for sure and why.

Good Luck kianz11 and please keep us up-dated on the progress of your payout.

Makes no sense to me, either. I am interested to hear what CL-Ed says about this one. In the meantime, as LW suggests, I would definitely talk to customer service or even email higher up, then copy and paste what you learn in a word document and/or here and save that. "explanation."

As of right now it is "in progress" in my cashier, it cannot be be cancelled though, so i think this is the good thing. I put 100$ in and won to 1100$ in couple of hours...

What made me mad was the customer service representative name "kathy" was rude. I told her that my rollover should've been reset after it dropped to 0, she just told me it doesn't work that way and refused to help me do anything until I came back to chat numerous time demanding a manager before she sent a message to the right department.

The answer to this one can actually change from casino to casino. Most of them cancel a bonus after your balance reaches zero, although some do not. Another time this can happen is a bonus or reward that is given to you after you finish wagering a certain amount - in those cases the number of deposits is irrelevant, just the amount wagered.

As for Betonline:

Quote:

Players who receive bonuses in the Casino must complete the following rollover requirements:

1. Fulfill the bonus rollover requirements. Players must complete rollover before any withdrawal can be made. Even if bonus has been lost rollover must still be completed or the bonus amount will be removed prior to any payout.
2. Once bonus rollover requirements are complete, the entire player balance must be rolled over five times.
3. A client who abuses the system will forfeit the bonus, as well as any and all winnings incurred from said bonuses. The client's deposit will be returned and he or she will no longer qualify for any future bonuses in the Casino.

Rollover on casino bonuses must be completed on both bonus rollover and deposit rollover. Even if the bonus is lost rollover on the deposit must be completed.

It is unclear based on that. The part that says "even if bonus has been lost rollover must still be completed" is probably the source of confusion. I interpret that to mean that if you deposit $100 and were given a $50 bonus and you lost $50 so that you still had $100 in your account you would still have to finish the requirements. That is the way it works almost everywhere else. However there is nothing there that says anything about what happens when you lose both the deposit and the bonus (ie your balance hits zero).

Aside from that, their condition number 2 is horrible ie "Once bonus rollover requirements are complete, the entire player balance must be rolled over five times." So you meet the terms of their bonus and then you have to wager your balance another 5 times. That is ridiculous because the more you win the more you have to wager in the end. I would avoid claiming a bonus there based on that condition alone.

Wow I have never heard of condition #2. It does pay to read the t&c's of each casino before depositing so you know what you are up against. Ergo no frustration when asking for a withdrawal (or at least not as much).

Well, I didnt just LOSE the bonus because I had no bonus to begin with. I used bonus before a withdrawal couple of months ago and I cashed out fine after my ENTIRE balance dropped to 0 and I redeposited.
This deposit I didn't request any bonus so I should've had no rollover requirement. Right now my withdrawal is in progress, lets see if it actually goes through.

Well if they charge you for the express cheque I would ask for a credit or something as it didn't arrive in 7 business days unless you get it tomorrow. Good luck kianz11 hoping you see that nice payout tomorrow. 🙂 👍 🤑

Joel Weiss: Kindly please hold on for a moment while I review the account for you. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Joel Weiss: This check was approved on January 25th and we should be able to provide you with a tracking number around 02/04/2013.

Joel Weiss: Is there anything else I can assist you with at this time?

you: ..

you: Approved on the 25th

you: and TRACKING NUMBER in almost 2 week

you: your site say DELIVERY in 7 business day for express check that is why i paid 50$

Wow. There is really no excuse for that at all. If the check was approved, why would it take that long to get a tracking number. Certainly sounds like stalling at every turn. So sorry they are treating a customer like this. 😢

When I have received payouts at certain casinos the terms and conditions said they may charge for a overnight check but each time the casino has waived the fee. The only time I paid a fee was through paylinq (an ewallet) I think. so hopefully they won't deduct the 50$ kianz11

too bad that they did, which is extremely messed up. On their site, it clearly say DELIVERY IN 7 BUSINESS DAYS, and it take them 2 weeks to ship out. ridiculous and i get charged 50$. imagine what the other options will take, the check that say 3 weeks probably means 3 months.

Good luck kianz11. Is it being over nighted to you?

If not, I'd ask for that $50 back as a credit or something. That seems like a long time for an approval.

Yes I'd cash the check, make sure you have the money then hound them for a $50 refund. Calling something that takes 7 days "express" is unacceptable in the first place. Then not even being able to deliver in that time is ridiculous. I have bought stuff from the UK that was shipped to Australia using standard shipping and it was quicker than 7 days.
