I have in fact heard of this before and yes it was with the Winward group of casinos (backlisted here for a bunch if insane terms and conditions, but not for non payment). So I guess that confirms that they are in fact part of that group.

The bad news is that it is a complete load of bollocks that they use to further slow down their already unacceptable withdrawal process. The good news is that I think that if you hang in there, refuse to play any more (which is what they are trying to get you to do), and resubmit your withdrawal you will probably be paid. To be clear we have not blacklisted these guys because they don't pay at all, rather it is a bunch of stupid and convoluted terms that make it incredibly difficult to withdraw in the first place. If you can make it through that maze (and I think you already have) then you should hopefully be alright.

The best advice I can give you is don't give in and play with the money again and don't get angry and abuse them. Save that until after the money is in your account.

The maximum amt I can withdraw is $500 each month for 6 months since I'm a newbie (I know it's stupid, but it is stated in their terms and condiotions) Lol. So, i got $500 check now... 3 more months to go to get the remaining $1,500--- that is if am not gonna be tempted to play again and lose the winnings..

Don't do it! Deposit your withdrawal at a more reputable place, please! I want to see you get every penny you can from this place!

Well, good for you for not reversing, as tempting as it can be. I am glad you hear you are getting paid.

I love this site, too! 🙂

Yes what a horrible anti-customer policy that is. They must lose any customer that wins because once people realise that they have to go through this sort of BS, they won't be back. I don't understand it.

If you think you really might be tempted to pay then I would suggest the following. Keep a record of your username and password then uninstall the casino. Set a reminder in your calendar for the next three months and each time, install and login and request the payment then uninstall it again.
