Hello Vvallebo. Unfortunately, the news I found for you is not so positive. I looked up the casino you mentioned, because I have never heard of it before, and it is on the blacklist here at Casino Listings:

http://www.casinolistings.com/casinos/casino-moons-review

But don't completely despair yet. SOME have been paid from some questionable casinos, but it takes a LONG time and some pay in installments.

Also, with some CL-Ed can help, but I don't believe he even any longer communicates with those on the blacklist.

I AM happy you found us, and I hope you will stick around. One place you can count on receiving from CL-Ed is honesty and he will NEVER promote a casino for his own gain and at the expense of us players.

We have a lot of fun here, and I have received much great advice here from CL-Ed and other members, including Barbados Slim and more.

I am sure CL-Ed will see this. Sometimes it takes a day or two, so please hang in there and be patient.

Can you share, in the meantime, what you have won, like how much and review the communications between you and the casino with us, so when CL-Ed DOES see this he has a better picture of what is going on. For example, what causes you to wonder if you will get paid or not? Anything you can share will help.

I hope you decide to stick around and join us by becoming an active member of this great place: Casino Listings!

Welcome! Smile

In my experience with rogues Vallebo be courteous when dealing with chat....get the email of finance if possible and also the PR rep. I have never played at Casino Moons but have and won at a couple other rogues and have been paid. ( Altho I do NOT advocate this behavior but it is a risk I sometimes take Smile ) It usually takes about 2 months from time of request til you receive pmt. I will research and see if I can find some email addresses for you.

Also did you play with a bonus because if you did it is sticky so they will subtract it from your winnings. I.E. you had a 300% bonus, you deposited 50 dollars so you played with 200 but the 150 is theirs to keep, just consider it a loan from the casino Wink and when you request payout the y take back the loan. when I was a newbie I didn't understand this and got extremely frustrated when I requested withdrawals and was denied cux I didn't have enough after the bonus was subtracted.

Good Luck , Be Patient and above all don't put back your withdrawal and play cuz then the casino definitely wins.

That last part is EXCELLENT advice and something CL-Ed always reminds players about. Some are tempted to put back and keep playing, and that is just one more way they get you, actually hoping you will do that and then lose it all (and some HAVE done that).

Before you deposit at Casino Moons (Winward group), ask live chat about their withdrawal terms first! WORST terms ever - 3 deposits required before 1st withdrawal, 1 withdrawal per month per casino, $500 max withdrawal per month for first 6 months, including 1 more deposit at withdrawn account before you can make another withdrawal elsewhere!!! TOTALLY INSANE RULES!

Have your read all the terms and conditions of this casino on their info page?

I think I've met all the requirement. Did the 3 deposits--- or even more than that. I've send all the documents needed--- ID, phone bill, photo copy of the card I used, voucher from the casino ... And also sent this documents to the other casinos related to them that ive registered... Coz they said I have to.
As far as I know, I've completed everything they had asked for. So am just waiting... It was a lil bit late when I found this forum, but I now somebody here can help if ever...

well here is part of their t&c's I found on their web page:

lthough there is no maximum withdrawal amount, a maximum of $2500 (Two Thousand five hundred US Dollars) can be sent per week, all balances will be sent in increments of $2500 the following week(s).
Bonuses will be credited on deposits only. Reversed withdrawals are not considered deposits and will not be matched with a bonus.
If any of a player's real money deposits to the casino are reversed due to insufficient funds, chargeback, or any other reason, irrespective of the payment method, the casino withholds the right to cancel any bonuses, credits, wins or withdrawals. Bonuses will be given only once per player, account, household, computer, IP address, and workplace, as per our terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all play bonuses and winnings may be cancelled. The Player is fully aware of the fact that his credit card, when used for deposit/purchase will be immediately billed after deposit/purchase.
All rules and regulations contained herein represent the complete and final agreement between you and Casino Moons and supersede any and all prior agreements. This agreement shall also be deemed an exclusive agreement between you and Casino Moons.

The complete t&c's are at this link:

From bad experiences I always read the T & C's before I deposit any money at a casino and then if I get some flack on w/drawls I refer back to the T&c's thru email and Live Chat. It pays to be knowledgeable of the specific casino's language Thumb Up

I have my fingers crossed for you Vvallebo. I know its hard to be patient when you want your winnings NOW but just plan on 2 months from today...maybe a little longer seens as you had to have docs approved and if they put your winnings back inot your acct just keep doing a withdrawal request until you find out what their issue is. And after its approved email support at least once a week and also speak with chat once a week.

And hey just keep telling yourself at least you won and thats more than alot of us can say lately. Money Party Smile Thumb Up Thumb Up

They may have been bought out by the Winward group but it doesn't look like they are part of that same group anymore, or else they have decided to change their insane T&Cs from when I last saw them.

Keep us posted Vvallebo and let us know how long it takes. And don't go back there to play again, you're taking on far more risk than you need to.

last week, this is what i received from moonscasino:

Thank you for contacting us back.

We can confirm that we have received the documents you have sent us and no additional paperwork is required at this time.

Your withdrawal request is currently pending and it will be reviewed on Monday.

In the meantime, if we may be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us back.

We hope this response has adequately answered your questions. If not, please do not send another email; simply click reply on the auto reply-email you received from us and enter your comment.

At your service,

CasinoMoons.com
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
and as today, this is what i got from my e-mail as i woke up--- what a great message to start the morning

Thank you for your email.

Thank you for choosing Casino Moons as your online entertainment provider!

We would like to inform you that your payout request has been declined due to the fact that your account has been randomly chosen for a Verification Process.

This consists of Management selecting a few random accounts with pending withdrawals, in order to review the paperwork that has been received from them, to make sure it is complete and legible, that the account information matches the paperwork and to review the account game sessions.

This is a random procedure and there is no pre-determined selection process, meaning that there is no way to anticipate beforehand which accounts will be reviewed. Please bare in mind that this procedure may be repeated more than once a year and depends significantly on the security level set by our Risk and Security Department, the type of game played and if any suspicious pattern of play is detected.

Therefore, every customer who requests a payout will be subject to this process at some point or another, even if they have all the corresponding requirements for a payout in order. Once the verification process has been started, the funds are returned to your account and you are free to request a new payout at your own discretion.

This procedure enables our Security and Management departments to avoid any abuse of our system, identity theft and ensure that all the information under the player profile is legitimate and that all requirements for requesting subsequent payouts have been fulfilled.

While being subject to this verification, all payout requests are automatically declined for the incoming week, which means you can submit another payout request after one week has passed.

Thank you for your comprehension on the matter. Feel free to read our Payout Guidelines HERE:

http://www.casinomoons.com/cashier/withdrawal-options.html

For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will gladly assist you.

We hope this response has adequately answered your questions. If not, please do not send another email; simply click reply on the auto reply-email you received from us and enter your comment.

OH. WOW. Angry Vampire Bomb Angry I have honestly NEVER heard of such B.S., Vvallebo! Sad I mean you are chosen for some phony verification process so your withdrawal is held up for at least another week? Don't REPUTABLE casinos verify ALL accounts, not just those chosen RANDOMLY! I smell a BIG RAT! Sad And after that week, what will they "find" during this process. I would be afraid of a place like this even HAVING my information! Sad

As you can see, I am very upset FOR YOU this morning. I wonder what CL-Ed will have to say about this. Have you ever heard of this excuse CL-ED? This is a new one for me.

Good grief! Sad Evil

Yes as my mom says, "We live and learn. Anyway, we live." lol You can chalk it up to lesson learned, but they are still very WRONG to do this to you.

I can't wait to hear what CL Ed has to say about this extensive "verification" process. Another excuse, of course.

I am glad you found us. Smile

Interesting. I have also never heard of that. Why would they choose to decline the transaction just to further verify the docs?

Maybe its a stalling tactic to wait until funds are at the casino?

I am stumped as to this, but hope you do get those funds ASAP.

I did read that in the casinos terms and conditions vallebo and I am sure it is a delay tactic but that doesn't mean you wont get your payout. Just keep putting it back in and request another withdrawal and I am positive you will receive it but it will take a few weeks. I am just now starting to receive $$$ from when I went rogue in early December. there ae threads from others in this forum that played at some black-listed and did eventually get their payouts so don't lose faith.

It is an obvious delaying tactic. I would like to see the stats on how many new winners are chosen for this "random" verification.

I DO hope you receive your winnings, because that is a nice win! Smile
