SlotoCash deposits

16 replies • Last post

I logged on to deposit at Slotocash and noticed that Mypaylinq was not listed anymore. I went to live chat and she verified that it is no longer a deposit method.
I think Its getting difficult for US players to enjoy online casinos.

Agreed shana. In the past year we have seen multiple payment solutions taken away from us. MasterCard is gone, Mypaylinq is gone... it really does make it a hassle to get your bet on.

Do you have any other deposit options open to you? Visa is still widely taken at casinos.

The only option for deposits that I'm aware of now is Visa credit or debit. Are there any other options for US players?
I even have trouble getting my Visa deposits to go through the servers sometimes.
Also, I was wondering what others are using for their withdrawals? Are there any prepaids that will accept foreign wires?

I had deposited using Vanilla Visa gift card back then, now it could no longer be accepted as well as my credit union Visa debit card. I would like to try Netspend Prepaid card one of these days.. 🙂

I wish Slot O Cash would have the same options as the Club World casinos have, such as paymycard. When I won at Slot O Cash, it was such as hassle to get my money, just because of the limited withdrawal options. Maybe if enough of us wrote to them, they would think of offering us more options for deposits and withdrawals. After all, if the Club World group can do it, why not Slot O Cash? 🤷

I know they were really pushing that Okay Pay method, but I don't know if that is for U.S. players. I know many here have discussed many different deposit and withdrawal methods in other threads. So much so, that I got confused. lol

Unfortunately it is not that easy. The methods they use to pay withdrawals to U.S. players are, by necessity, secretive. So one group that can successfully pay people is not going to share their methods with their competitors.

I have been told by the people at Slots Plus and related casinos that they have good processing options sorted out at the moment so they may be worth a try if you are frustrated with you current casino. They are an RTG group that have been around a long time and are reliable, though they don't throw the bonuses around as much as some of the other casinos.

I just got this email from SlotoCash today. It's good to see they realize that they need to offer more deposit options, but this QuickCash method sounds like a bit of a hassle and it has a $50 minimum.--

From time to time we experience issues with processing Credit Card deposits and we recommend you use QuickCash, which is efficient, safe and easy.
If your Credit Card deposit doesn't go through, that is the next best thing to do. Simply contact LIVE CHAT, specify the amount you would like to deposit ($50 is the minimum) and you will be given the receiver's name.
After that you will be able to make the transfer (in the provider's office or online) and come back to us (in chat) with the confirmation code.

Wow that does sound confusing. I did sign up for the ok pay but as of yet not the debit card. Am going to research some more but it costs 15 dollars for the credit card and then there are, ofcourse, fees to put the money from okpay onto the debit but when I withdrew recently from paylinq (moneygram) it cost almost 50 bucks to get 500.

I have been dragging on checking out Okay Pay, too. I signed up, but I didn't go any further. I have to go check it out. I am lazy, I guess. lol If you find out anything about the card, and if you receive one, let me know, please. 🙂

The new "Quickcash" option I shared in my post is actually through WU or MG. Here is an email I got today about it.

Also - pay attention to the last line of the email. I think it is exactly what good customer service looks like!

We now accept MoneyGram and Western Union deposits. If your cc deposit doesn't go through, that is the next best thing to do. Simply contact live chat, specify the amount you would like to deposit ($50 is the minimum) and you will be given the receiver's name. After that you will be able to make the transfer (in the provider's office or online) and come back to us (in chat) with the confirmation code: it should have 10 digits for Western Union and 8 digits for MoneyGram. After that the transaction will be processed by us within minutes.

We are also offering an extra $10 on top of your deposit, to cover the fee. So if you deposit $50 you will get $60 into your playable balance.

As a valued VIP customer at our casino, I hope that you will find it a convenient alternative to credit card and if you have any question or need assistance please don’t hesitate to contact me personally.

I agree! Since my ONE bigger win there, I have not won a thing playing there. I took a long break, made a deposit the other day, but not doing well this time either. I did take a bonus, so I have to meet play through, and I am not even close right now, so I am giving it a little rest. But, I do agree with you.

Hi.

First time poster, long time non-member/parasite surfer. I just had a deposit with MyPayLinq not credit to my account. It's been 12 hours now. I've had issues like this before elsewhere, with folks I expect to have issues with, but never with them. So after all the chatter about SlotoCash not taking them, and the fact that even the last few deposits I've made with MPQ have been interspersed in a growing number of declines--it's just all worrisome I guess. They haven't responded to any of my emails or support tickets, which is also uncharacteristic of them. But heck, maybe it's a Costa Rican holiday. I have no idea.

Ok. So you know how if you want it rain, you wash your car? Casino Processors are like that. All it took was for me to publicly make myself look like an alarmist, and MPQ swings in with my credit.

On the SlotoCash note--I agree with hope777--since I won there about 6 months ago, I don't know that I've crested a hundred bucks on my balance. They were so cool and professional and quick with the withdrawal, and they even gave me over and above the max cash out on the free chip I'd played with (though I'd deposited a bunch of times before). So I was surprised they'd tighten things up like that, afterwards. But I always try to think the best of folks, especially if they've ever paid me. It does have me depositing less and less there, for sure.

I started to sign up with MPQ, but I got worried, and I just don't trust any of the online "wallets." Some have gone out of business without warning, so I am glad you were able to get your payment processed.

Not sure what is going on with Slot O Cash or many other RTG casinos. I do feel all the slots are much tighter than when I first started playing. Kind of takes the fun of playing away, when you can't win at least once in a while. And I am one who is happy with even the smallest wins.
