Grand Parker Casino

Hi I am new on here but I have played a few on line casino's for a while. Also deleted one or two I have tried because of bad ratings on here. I play regularly at Grand Parker which also has Loco Panda among others on its list. For the last week this casino has been unavailable. If you ask someone on live chat they say they are updating the Casino site. Seems to be taking a long while. Is there any way to find out if this reason for the unavailability is valid? Loco Panda is also off line. I saw on here that there graphics/ system whatever its called is old. So maybe the reason is valid but I am not wanting to loose the money I have accumulated on there. Thanks for all info.

Well my credit card I used on there has een compromised as someone used it to place an advert for a used car. But doesn't really make sense as the advert was p-laced in some local paper in NC. Unless it was placed by one of those foreign scammers that say there selling a car and try to get deposit first.
I have had to block that card for all internet payments which sucks as it was the easiest way for me to pay. I have another Visa card on a debit account that never has much money on it so gonna use that in future.

With the troubles with these casino's (including Classy Coin) do you feel it necessary to close bank accounts given for verification, or is the security under RTG a separate deal; that is, is concern about personal information warranted?

Security of personal information is always a concern when dealing with anyone online. I am not sure how accessible U.S. bank accounts are to a 3rd party but I know with my own account its difficult for a 3rd party to gain access as they would need to impersonate me in person at a bank branch. So that requires fake or doctored ID, along with the bank account details, a signature, and the balls to do it. It's not impossible but I don't see that the risk is any worse than any other business that you would have given this information to in order to receive a payment.

Having said that, I am really careful with this sort of thing but last year I had a credit card billed for over $5000 worth of plane tickets that I never bought. I haven't used the card for online gambling but I have bought stuff online with it so who knows how it was accessed. I was refunded but had to go through the hassle of changing recurring bill payments and things.

As always if you ever feel uncomfortable in a matter like that, then I would advise you to go with your gut feeling as you will sleep better at night.

As for what is happening with these casinos, all I can say is to wait and see. They emailed us over the weekend asking us to change the message that we have put on their reviews saying that they had closed. I had to explain that it is a standard message that appears on any review when we mark a casino closed, and that they are in fact closed for business at the moment.

They are obviously keen to send the message that they will be back soon, so maybe that is a little ray of hope for those of you with money in there.

So much personal information is given that it would be good to know if RTG is in complete control of that? Changing a bank account is better then what could happen, if there should be concern?

Well, I'll be damned! I JUST went to Grand Parker to check for anything new. At first inspection of the website, I noticed at the top that they had updated their banner to a new Christmas theme banner, and I almost flipped my lid. I think to myself, if you can make updates like that, then maybe the problem is fixed. So I tried to log in and...it....freaking....WORKS.

I immediately opened the casino program, but it was the same as before (couldn't type in any of the fields or press any buttons except EXIT. So, I uninstalled the program completely, and re-downloaded from their website. Opened it up, and there it was, my same account, completely untouched, with the same amount in my funds as there was before this whole thing started. I can't begin to explain how relieved I am.

All in all, this has been an issue for me since November 16th, close to a month of waiting and vague answers regarding lack of service. I am THRILLED that things seem to be working (at least for me, and I haven't tried playing or withdrawing yet), but this could have been handled a lot, lot, LOT better. I guess I just had to be EXTRA suspicious considering everything shut down for me after a HUGE bonus, and this being my first experience with online casinos, it was leaving me very worried.

Is it working for everyone else who was having problems? If it isn't, be sure to completely uninstall the program from your computer, and re-download it from their website.

I suppose I'll play around on it for a little bit (on pins and needles) and see how it works. Huge sigh of relief!

RTG would have no control over your personal information whatsoever. They license their software to the various casino operators and after that they take no interest in what the operator does. That is the reason RTG casinos range from being completely criminal rogue joints to efficient well-run casinos. It all depends on the operator.

sirmrdr that is great news. I doubt we will ever know truly what happened. Fingers crossed that they are back for good. If I were you I would be tempted to withdraw at least some of my winnings immediately though.

I see that someone else has done it but just wanted to let you know that Grand Parker, OnBling and I assume Loco Panda are now up and running my moneyw as still intact and they giving a generous free chip. I am now going back on there to talk to them and get my money off asap. The free chip has a play through but according to the cashier that has not affected my available for withdrawal balance.

Everything seems to be working fine since last night. I even discovered in my email that they have offered a $60 bonus to make up for all the trouble. While I still think this whole ordeal could have been handled better, it is nice to know that they are trying to make up for it.

I don't want to be quick to be so relieved. Last night, after logging in for the first time, I submitted the forms and applications necessary to request a wire transfer withdrawal, and am anxious to see how quickly and efficient that process (withdrawal probably being the MOST important process) goes.

I will consider this water under the bridge once the withdrawal process is complete.

Overall, I didn't look around much. I didn't notice any huge visual changes or new games. The only new thing I noticed was the Christmas banner, little red question mark boxes next to some of the options in cashier (to explain some things in greater detail), and the fact that everything worked.

Will continue to keep posted through the withdrawal process. Once that is successful, I will finally consider this over and done with.

I have been notified by grand parker that my withdrawal is approved and will be confirmed within 8 working days. I have made the withdrawal and the money has been deducted from my money on there. So now to see what happens regarding when I get the money. Rgarding the upgrades. The site seems a lot the same and the software was running terrible on my laptop this week. Games just keep spinning and even when ya hit stop they don't. I asked live chat about it and they say they are working on it. Another thing iss the slots are not as loose as they were.
Just as a side note. I played Silver Oak which is actually blacklisted here. I won about 500 bucks. I asked to withdraw it and was very worried as they seemed to be dragging it out. But yesterday I recieved the cheque. Now let make sure it doesn't bounce lol.

Well Grad Parker gave members another 30 dollar free play chip today as they had been back a week. But.............. Casino is down againa s is the others in there group and no explanation again. I withdrew the money but hope I get it soon. Personally the fact that the on line casino its self is down should not really have any influence on the financial staff, one assumes they are still working lol

I received a free chip at begado as well but didn't win anything with that, unfortunately 😢 . Haven't checked them recently I do like playing there but am proceeding with extreme caution on depositing there.

I have my fingers crossed for you SB that you get your winnings soon. It did take me three weeks to get my payout from Begado but that was before the outages.

Hi folks, well they say cheque is on its way. BUT I asked for 1250 which was avauilable. When I was notified it was 1000 I asked why. They had apparently not taken my bonus off what supposedly was available. So they took it off and put 153 back on my account there available to play. When I asked why I wasn't paid the 153 they said they were only allowed to pay 1000 at a time and the rest would be sent later. I told them to forget it as I assume I would have to go through the withdrawal proceedure again and couldn't be bothered for the 153. I have written a letter to the manager about the fact that they should deposit the bonus in an apart box on your account thing and only what you really can withdrw by withdrawable. I don't suppose they will take any notice at all lol.
I did also get my winnings from Silver Oak, took for ever though. .

I also got my cheque for 1000 dollars from Grand Parker, what after the 8 days approval time came in relatively fast. I am playing winaday now but not winning anything lol.

In my experience, WinADay is pretty good, but I have never gotten a big win out of there. I find their slots to be pretty tight.

Susiebear I am glad to hear you got paid 1,000 from Grand Parker. Right now they also owe me a $1000. They are really jerking me around. They e-mailed me on January 10th telling me the funds were sent today wire transfer/as per your faxback address. The e-mail said I would have the funds in 5-7 business days.

I ask them what did that mean wire transfer/per faxback address. They said that meant they mailed the funds even after I requested funds to be sent wire transfer.

After 7 business days I told them I never received the funds.after two more days I contacted the finance dept again about still not getting the check. I ask them what day & date the funds were mailed.

They sent me a reply that the funds must have got lost in the mail and they would issue me another check. I replied back before you cancel the check give me the courier name and tracking so I can check for myself when the courier recevied the information for delivery.

It has been two days since my last reply and now finance dept is ignoring me. I also cc suport a copy of each e-mail, but of course no one from support has even contacted me for any help with this problem.

I also told them that if they really wanted to provide good customer service like they mention in every e-mail they would send a wire transfer ASAP.

Well if I dont get my money I will write the review sites with all the details.

my checks usually come by Fed-Ex with a tracking number so I really don't understand how they would be lost...either it was sent or was not....CRAZY!!!

Could you imagine how useless the postal system would be if mail we sent got lost at the same rate as cheques sent by some of these casinos and payment processors? The system would barely function. If you believe those excuses they must be the unluckiest folks in the whole world when it comes to sending mail.

I can't belifve it I got a response from Amber in coustmer service today. She was very sorry this could have happen. Amber said she also thought they used FedX. Good luck gwolfman1. I am sure you will eventually receive your payout. Patience is a virtue and you definitely have to have it with some of these casinos.
