Forum AngelIt is a deep list. I know I have had to dig a few times to find a casino on there as they don't all pop up right away.
I would do a page search on that blacklist page if you are in doubt. Usually you can do that with a CTRL+F and then typing the casino's name in. If it is blacklisted it should come up highlighted then.

It is in the second group down, under Ace. You can go to each grouping and each group is in alphabetical order, so you can see it at a glance. That is how I do it, anyway. Great idea from 'Slim, too, or if all else fails ask here, like you did.
