I have never, ever heard of this one, but then there are many I haven't heard of. When I am going to deposit, I look at the Casino reviews on top of this page. There are plenty of free chip offers there. Let me go see if I can find it, and if I can't, I am sure CL-Ed will be the one with the most information.

I will also provide a link to the no-deposit offers. There is always a max cash out limit on those, but I think it is a nice way to try out casinos to see if I would like to deposit there in the future.

I will BRB. 🙂

The list of casinos accepting US players, along with ratings:

http://www.casinolistings.com/casinos/usa-accepted

All casino reviews:

http://www.casinolistings.com/casinos

No-deposit free chip bonuses for NEW players:

http://www.casinolistings.com/bonuses/best-no-deposit-casino-bonuses

Be SURE to read the conditions for each bonus. All have some
play-through and restrictions on the games that can be played,
plus it will state the max you can cash out with the free chips.

Good luck and ENJOY! 🙂

I could not find anything on Pamper Casino here on the black list or in the casino reviews, so I definitely would wait for CL-Ed to comment. I will do a Google search later, but I would just stick with the links above and accept offers from those you know FOR SURE to be well-reviewed, since there are many choices in the above links.

I never like the casinos that solicit (SPAM) me through my email, either, unless I have already signed up there and shown interest. I just don't trust them.

Looks like they have a 65-dollar no deposit offer out there, but the play through is incredibly high.

I see nine complaints on another site about them and pretty low ratings.

I will now wait for CL-Ed, but in the meantime go with what is already reviewed here.

CL-Ed, have you heard of "Pamper Casino?" I don't even like the name. lol! Reminds me of diapers (Pampers). lol! 😜

the games look different from what I have seen offered out there and some are in 3-D. I might try with the free chip. I have it waiting in limbo right now : )

ED did a review on Always Cool Casino which is owned and operated by the same people http://online.casinocity.com/ownership/operia-corp-limited/all/
Stay way from Pamper. do not deposit or give them any information.

Thanks for the info VPR. I did give them my email and info like that but no finance info. It is so nice to have this site to refer to. : ) And to have peeps watching out for each other. There are a lotta wolves out in the online gaming world it seems.

Oh yes. Pamper = the suck.

I actually thought they were closed which is probably the only reason they aren't on our blacklist page.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.
Post in our forums to earn CLchips which can be used to buy real prizes in our CLchips shop.

glad I could bring this to your attention Ed. Casinos that are in business to not payout should be brought to the attention of the people who wish to gamble online.

That is the reason that sites like this are important. They give players a voice and the ability to fairly judge a casino, which might otherwise get away with ripping off even more people.

Good thought. +1
