Lack of Blackjack Tournaments?

6 replies • Last post

I am getting the itch to take part in a Blackjack tournament, but noticed they are few and far between compared to what they used to be.

Having said that, I checked the tracker on the site here and saw nothing listed. http://www.casinolistings.com/tournaments/blackjack

Is there anywhere that still offers a decent blackjack tournament? I really don't want to test my luck with Liberty Slots... Maybe 3Dice?

That is because you are in the USA. Non-US people can still see blackjack tourneys at the Microgaming casinos. There aren't many for US players now since the Vegas Tech casinos disappeared and RTG casinos stopped offering them a few years back. Liberty Slots probably has them but like you say they aren't the best.

That sucks. Where would attempt to give it a go? 3Dice?

I think I read the Bovada has Black Jack tournaments, don't they? Maybe not.

There used to be a 3rd party network called 21Gnet that offered elimination blackjack tournaments in a load of different sportsbooks and some RTG casinos. But the RTGs got rid of them a year or two ago now. I think Bodog used to use them but I don't know if they still do.

They should do a live dealer blackjack tournament. That would be sweet as it would be a combo of land casino and online blackjack... it would at least be unique!

I would even do that, but I sure cannot play 10 bucks per hand. I would only play one dollar per hand blackjack, lol. Big spender here. 😉
