Getting VERY upset with Club World!!!

Read this first, so you can see I did my part.

Are they stalling me or just bad communication or customer service reps who are misinformed? I am NOT happy this morning.

So, read the above. Went through ALL that. Log in this morning, and guess what? Yup. My money is back in my player account! Angry Angry Bomb

I get BACK on chat and this person tells me I need to send a copy of my CC, front and back before I can request my funds. WHAT? I don't know

The entire reason I got right onto chat and asked no less that THREE times if I was good to go and I WAS TOLD I WAS GOOD TO GO AND HAD TO DO NOTHING, they are now asking that I send the copy of my card?

Person claims this request was emailed to me on August 10th, yet I received no such email, it must have gone to junk. The thing is if this is true then why did the THREE different people I chatted with not tell me this.

I have always liked Club World, but I am almost feeling like they are stalling and want me to play and put all my money back which I am not going to do.

I was even thinking of making a small deposit today, but I am going to shop around, I believe, and try somewhere else, just because they have left a "bad taste in my mouth" today.

I do NOT like the run around, especially when I am diligent enough to do my part and ask over and over if that is all I needed to do and was assured over and over that I was "good to go."

Mix up in communication? Need better training for customer service reps? IDK. I do know I am very upset, unhappy, and disappointed today.

Ruins the fun of winning when you have to FIGHT to get your money in a timely manner. I started all this way last week and I should have been informed through chat immediately! Sad

Here is the latest. Went on chat to tell them that I sent my copy of my scanned card through email. I told them that this best work this time and I was getting very frustrated. I asked if paymycard was working again so trying that method again since they said yes it was (fingers crossed!). I feel like I just keep getting inaccurate information.

I told this person I had withdrawn from Lucky Red, their sister casino with NONE of these problems and delays using paymycard.

This also upset me: this chat person said, "well maybe the previous chat person (who assured me I was "good to go") did not realize you used a different card at our sister casino. WTH?I don't know??

I did NOT use a different card. I told this person. Nope. Same exact card to deposit and withdraw using paymycard with NONE of these problems or delays.

All she had to say after that is "I will have management look into this for you." Well, a lot of good that will do, because she says it will NOW take at least TWO DAYS to process the copy of my card and TWO more days to approve my deposit then who knows what from there?I don't know? I am honestly ready to pull my hair out, and believe me, friends, I am a patient person!!!

What the heck is going on? Is this just MY LUCK or what?I don't know??I don't know??? ARGH!!! Angry Sick Bomb Angry

Wow, that is crappy! I know about the card scans and stuff, but that is still rough.

I would think those casinos all share the same support team, and can't figure out why they would have such a hard time. Very odd...

Any updates thus far?

Nope. This is still going on. The update is NOT good. I went away for two days with a friend to her peaceful, relaxing lake place, and I come home to my money back in my account. Big surprise, by now (she says sarcastically). Get on chat, and interestingly enough, before I even said a word to him while I was still typing, he says this:

a note from the 10th from our cashier is asking for a copy of your cc XXXX

So, I said, yes, I know and it was sent and I received an email confirmation that it was received and all was good and I wrote back thanking for confirming, etc.

I told this person I am beyond frustrated today, and he says, "confirming that it is received is not the same as approving, and he can't find out what is going on until Monday. OF COURSE. Now, I needed this money yesterday, but ESPECIALLY needed it by Wednesday, and that is obviously not going to happen now. I am just SICK and yes, I am very angry now. I feel VERY MUCH like I am getting the run around with CLUB WORLD CASINOS!

Here is another "interesting" thing he said to me:

:" i can only go from the notes on your account, i can see the documents have been approved in lucky red"

So, what is up with that? I just don't get it, and I am ready to pull my hair out. Seriously. Sad Sad Sad

Hi CL-Ed,

Yes, it has been a strange ride trying to deal with them. And especially since the first chat, I asked THREE times if there was anything at all I had to do and they said NO I was GOOD TO GO!!! I wanted to make 100 percent sure, so I would NOT have to wait this time, and this morning, guess what?

Yup! Monday morning, and my money is BACK IN MY PLAYER ACCOUNT! I really think they are trying to tempt me to play with my money and lose it all! Sad

I requested paytocard and they are saying that it is working FINE: two different chat people told me that before I requested it again! Sad

Oh no... what's going on with Club World group? Are they becoming rogue casinos..? Got similar tactics from Manhattan Slots. The bottom line I think, they want you to keep on playing so you will lose your winnings and just put it right back in. They'll take your deposit alright but can't withdraw and stuck in limbo.. Angry

IDK what is going on? I had no problem with Lucky Red, but the amount was lower. I feel the same way: like they want me to give up and just blow through my winnings. Sad

I have never won anything at Manhattan Slots.What happened there again? I think I recall reading something about it.

Okay, folks. Latest update. I HOPE I got someone helpful this time. She seemed to be, and she understands I am VERY frustrated by now. She asked where I sent the email; could not even find it (!!), and I told her I even had a confirmation that my copy of CC had been received on August 15th! I copied and pasted that email into chat and gave her the email address where i sent the info. She says, "Okay I found the email," then the following:

"i will forward over to our head cashier to process for you as soon as they are in tomorrow
i will also request for them to correspond with cashier that deals with withdrawal and ask them if the card is approved if they can please ask for withdrawal to be processed as soon as possible for you

She says, "This should all be sorted out for you tomorrow." So here I go again, waiting and HOPING For tomorrow! I REALLY REALLY needed that money LAST Wednesday, but nothing I can do but wait again.

She then said to remember once the card has been approved, I will not "have to go through any of this again."

Well, I sure hope not! Good grief!

Just wanted to update everyone, and I will let you know if there are any more issues and/or if and when I receive my winnings.

What a pita. It's fun to win, but if you can't get your money out when you want it, what fun is it really? It sounds like either they have some really incompetent people or they are stalling. Either one makes me not want to deal with them. I think when they screw you around like this, they should give you some extra chip or spins or something to make up for the hassle. How much time did you spend trying to get your money?? Sad

Well, that latest chat person must have been serious. I logged on today, and my withdrawal amount was NOT back in my account and it was also off the pending page! NOW, please help me keep my fingers crossed that my card (it is not a normal CC, lol) will accept that large of an amount. Paymycard did work with two-something, so I hope they allow the larger amount onto the card............and soon!

I have no idea if CL-Ed did anything or not. I PMed him my user name, but i haven't heard from him since I did that, so I am not sure.

Either way, what a relief to see that!

Well, since before August 10th, when they say they sent the email requesting the copy of my card (which I never did receive). Now that I am approved, IF I ever go back and play and win again, supposedly it will not take as long now, but I still stand by that it should not have taken this long in the first place, especially since I asked from day ONE, through chat, if there was anything at all I needed to do, and i was repeatedly told all was well. That really does upset me.

I had to wait a LONG LONG time, but I truly believe that last chat person, I believe her name was Julie, really moved things along.

Glad to hear you got your payday Hope albeit a little late : ( but ya got it. I waited 4 days is all for my withdrawal at Club World but it was under 500 so maybe that was why. Well best of luck to you in the future. : )

Thank you, luckywalker. Yes, after a very unpleasant experience and a long wait, I am thrilled to finally have my funds. I really do like Club World, so this was a very disappointing experience for me to have to wait so long. I believe that through all this, I demonstrated what an extremely patient person I really am, lol.

Lol, yes it is making me believe it is JUST ME! However, NOW I am approved THREE places, so when I make ALL my withdrawal requests FROM NOW ON, there should not be a problem. You would think it would me me not want to re-deposit, but it actually makes me not to want to start all over again with a new place after going through all the waiting.

And, yes, the Slot O Cash was a completely different issue, partially a problem on my side, but once I finally got them to start responding to me, and with help from CL-Ed, we figured things out, and I did get paid.

I do believe the Club World one is a little different, and I do not defend them as much as I do Slot O Cash, because 1) they should have told me IMMEDIATELY what I needed to send when they assured me that I was good to go at LEAST three times (and this is the reason I asked, in order to avoid this type of thing, and 2)since I was already approved at their sister casino, Lucky Red, using the same card, this should not have taken so long. Those are my main sticking points with them.

I cannot even count how many times I signed on just to see the money back into my players account and I think, "Oh, here we go again," but I was more than determined NOT to touch that money, and I did not. Patience did pay off. Smile
