Review update request: Mansion Online Casino

11 replies • Last post

Hello guys. I hope at least one of Casino Listings admins will read this thread.

I'm requesting Casino Listings to write a review about Mansion Online Casino. Recently, I've played some of the free games with a demo account and became very much interested in gambling there. However, my hard-earned money must be invested wisely so that I searched everywhere for reviews on Mansion Online Casino.

I've found Casino Listings website this morning and I love the way they write reviews. In their review about Mansion Online Casino (http://www.casinolistings.com/casinos/mansion-casino-review), the online casino has been given 4 and a half star out of 5 which is defined as great. But in another review website I've read earlier, there is a table which classifies whether it is safe or not to play in certain online casinos, in this case I've read about Playtech online casinos (http://xx.casinomeister.com/playtech.php).

In the table, the reviewer has classified Mansion Online Casino as to be proceed with caution. But Casino Listings highly recommended this casino. Since my decision involves money, I would like Casino Listings to re-clarify their review on this online casino to help me decide whether or not to play with this online casino.

Thank you.

Welcome to the site 02106YWY. I like both Casino Listings and Casinomeister, but one thing you need to keep in mind is that a review is that person's opinion. Two different people can have a different opinion on something very simple, say the taste of an apple. So it is always important to keep that in mind while reading reviews and decided where to play.

With that being said, I trust Ed and the reviews here. Seeing as how the site is licensed in Gibraltar and has a few good user reviews (a nice CL touch), I would say that more than likely you would be safe playing there. Keep in mind this is my opinion, and I cannot personally play there as I am American.

Good luck to you and I hope to see you around here for a while!

I have never heard of this casino before. Must be one for NO American players, I am assuming? 'Slim is correct in his advice. 🙂

Yep. It's a non-American casino. I've recognized this online casino as it was the sponsor of Tottenham Hotspur FC in Barclays Premier League from 2006-2007 season until 2009-2010 season. I, as a football (soccer) fan have recognized several casinos (online and land) including Mansion, 32Bet, Bet365, Resort World Genting, 888.com and SBOBET.

I'm not pretty sure if those names I mention accept Americans or not. Just listing it for the sake of sharing information. 🙂

Most of those bigger brands that can actually sponsor a large soccer team are pretty good. I have heard of all of those casinos that you named in your post, and have heard good things about almost all of them.

Hi 02106YWY, as far as Playtech casinos go, the Mansion group is pretty good. They are regulated in Gibraltar and have been around for quite a few years now and have a good reputation. I have played several times at Casino.com (same owners) and never had a problem.

The only negative for them from my point of view is the monthly withdrawal limit of $15,000 (or $50,000 for VIP players). This is actually higher than most Playtech casinos that only allow less than $10,000 per month. However if you think that might be a problem for you then I would recommend Bet365 or Betfred as alternatives as they have no limits.

I took a look at CasinoMeister's list and from what I can tell "proceed with caution" means they have not met the criteria that the site uses for their accreditation (things like they must have a person who posts on behalf of the casino in their forums etc) but otherwise there are no problems.

I have played at Mansino 2 or 3 times and won once. They paid me after a couple of days which isn't the fastest but far from the worst.

Of all feedback I received in the poll, I guess it's safe to gamble in this online casino. I'll give it a go then. Thanks a lot everyone for giving me confidence on this casino. Wish me luck, okie doke? Thanks.

Please do come back and let us know how it goes. Even with all the info, remember you are trying them out at your own risk, but I will hope for a POSITIVE outcome!

Good luck! 🙂

AUGUST 13
i've registered for REAL MONEY account with MANSION ONLINE CASINO... i've got some problems depositing my money as the deposits keep being declined by the bank (i'm using a debit card)... i know that there are some anti-gambling legislations here in malaysia, but i don't know if it's implemented thoroughly... so, i gave up trying to deposit my money and i played for a fun account instead...

AUGUST 14
a representative from MANSION CASINO called my phone, introduced herself as ADE to discuss about the error i kept getting when trying to deposit my money... well, MANSION CASINO do really serve the world well as the representative chosen to contact me is an INDONESIAN... for your info, INDONESIAN language and MALAY are a little bit similar and the speakers of both languages may understand each other very well... this means that MANSION CASINO really wants the representative to be able to help me with a language i understand...

the representative suggested me of some solutions including a fee-based service as an intermediary for my deposit... she offered me a no-deposit bonus of USD5 so that i can try the games before making deposit... she also asked me to search for her in the customer service that night so that she could guide me to make a deposit...

later that night, i've tried asking the customer service to connect me to ADE and it took less than a minute for me to reach her... she then guided me to use fast banking and transfer my money using inter-bank transfer instead... in about ten minutes, the problem was resolved...

i've got 150 percent bonus for my first deposit, so i've had USD50 for my USD20 deposit...

AUGUST 15
i started playing the games and made little profit... i tried to avoid big losses so that i can play longer for my USD20... but it wasn't long enough... the next morning, i played again and lost all of the money by betting red 8 times on roulette and the outcome was never a red one... it was a pain for the impossible loss but i regarded it as my cost of entertainment and i accepted the defeat...

That is some great feedback 02106YWY. Thanks for taking the time to share it.

8 non-reds in roulette is certainly unlucky if you are betting against it but not impossible. The odds for a single spin are 19 / 37 (that is 18 black and the 0). So:

(19 / 37) ^ 8 = 0.005

That is roughly 1 in 200 chance of happening. Infrequent - yes. Rare - no. Impossible - definitely not!
