Updated Live Dealer Casinos

10 replies • Last post

I went to check out Legends to play some video blackjack the other day and was pleasantly surprised to find that the video casino has been substantially upgraded.

The video screens are bigger, more fluid, and the dealers more attractive. The game was faster too, and I didn't see as many people being disconnected.

It was a good experience, and I am thinking that a new company took it over. Do any of you know who this could be that is running the video casino? Have you played there? If not, maybe give it a try... it was the best video experience I have had yet.

I am going to have to try this. I just had a blast playing black jack at the land casino today! I hadn't played in so long, and it was so much fun! I sat down at the 3.00 table, and I played for a couple of hours on 30 dollars, lol. I only won a little though. I am still learning. I think you have to get really brave to WIN BIG, and I am still a very cautious player. A woman at our table was making some "brave bets," and she was really winning. It was fun and exciting. 🙂 (Plus helped me take a break from the slots).

Good to hear! Remember to play with some basic strategy and you will do just fine. It really is a lot of fun. 🙂

Yup, I was doing okay as far as strategy. The only thing I forget is which to split and when not to split, except for the obvious ones. People at the table, and even the dealers are helpful and nice, too.

Yeah, I like how the dealers will give you advice. After all, if you win they are more likely to get a tip.

What type of deposit and withdrawals options do they have at Legends, 'Slim?

I snooped around on Legends to see what it was all about. There were only six tables open and the lowest was a ten-dollar table. Are there any five dollar tables or lower? I mean at the regular casinos you can bet 1.00 per hand if you want.

Anyway, I was AMAZED to watch the live dealer (before they disconnected me due to inactivity, lol). I won't tell you what my son said when I showed him the live dealer, lol! That is so cool. I see why you like playing there now.

I did find the deposit methods to be quite limited. What do you use?

I used to use MasterCard, but have switched to a Visa now. I used to get my funds withdrawn through Moneygram, and they were ready for pickup within 24 hours usually. You can use Moneygram to deposit too, but I hear there is a fee for it.

I think the lowest table I have seen is 10.00, which is higher than a lot of places, but not too far removed from the bigger casinos I have played at. It is the reason that I don't play ALL the time there, but I have found that I have had much better success at the 10.00 tables than the $1 tables in the past.

Yeah, 10 dollar tables are quite high for me, but I can see the draw of the live dealers! 🙂 I am a $1.00 to $5.00 player and five dollars even seems kind of high for me, lol.

I did not see a Visa or Mastercard option? I only saw: Netteller, Wire money or check or money order or something like that? What am I missing?

It is under the "Fund your account" option. You then click deposit and it brings you to this screen:

Oh, cool! Thanks, Slim! On the front page it only listed the three above, but I never went into the deposit section. That is nice to know (or maybe not? lol since it is 10 dollar bets!). I will have to wait until I win my next BIG jackpot ten take 100 dollars to try out live dealer blackjack, but until then I will practice with my one-dollar bets, lol.
