Worst Behaved Customer Service Reps?

14 replies • Last post

When I deal with casino support it is usually through the instant messaging and to be honest my service has always been pretty good.

I have heard stories from people saying that sometimes the chats can get testy and that the reps have acted rude to the customers. Have you ever had this happen? Did you save the transcript?

If so, post the results here. I want to know where they treated you bad and what was said. I am sure there are some doozies out there.

I've only talked to the reps a few times and they were nice. No big problems to solve though. I save transcripts now from every business I talk to online.

Waiting to see the responses from others.

I have never experienced any who were rude. Just the opposite, in fact. Very nice and also very willing to help. I think there have been a few conversations copied and pasted in these forums where that was not the case, but I don't remember which casinos those incidents took place.

I am sure it is easier to NOT lose your cool when typing over the internet, versus face-to-face, or even telephone, customer service. They can be typing something sugary sweet while calling that person a dumb ass or saying some other choice words while they type. lol

I have run into quite a few clueless and unhelpful ones, but only 1 or 2 that were outright rude. The worst I can remember was this patronising SOB who kept referring to me by name in every single sentence they wrote. This was after they had decided to not pay my legitimate winnings because they didn't like the way I played. They were invoking the old "we can refuse to pay you any time we like by calling you a bonus abuser" clause. It went something like: "Those are our terms CL-Ed. You agreed to the terms when you signed up CL-Ed." You get the picture - passive aggressive scumbaggery. I wanted to smash the cretin's face through the monitor! It still annoys me when I think about it.

I have never had any unpleasant experiance with casino support. They are always friendly and helpful. However, my friend once told me that he wanted to kick one of the reps black and blue, after he called my friend a nitwit. I don't what the problem was but my friend was really annoyed.

Is there a thread here focusing on the opposite - ie the best customer service? If so I think dublinbet take some beating, response to email queries are always polite, rapid and frank - good work 🍺

Ha, it seems like everyone here has good responses, save for someone they know who had a bad experience. I had heard of some reps at one casino (perhaps a rogue casino?) that threatened someone when they wanted their money.

Thank goodness nobody here has had that problem... yet.

Maybe that is because we all stay away from "those" casinos, due to the wonderful advice we receive here. 🙂

Yes there was a guy who was in Costa Rica who decided to go to the offices of Cool Cat and related casinos to enquire why it was taking so long for them to pay his winnings. Big mistake. A walk with a couple of thugs working for the owner and a beating later, he was told he wouldn't be receiving any money and to stop asking questions. Just one of the many reasons they are top of our rogue casinos list.

Oh yeahh.. how they let you be in a loop so they won't pay you instead of telling straight forward they don't have enough cash flow to go around..

Anybody tired of nice polite reps, try slots of vegas and win something. I made that mistake before joining this site. :'(

I think you should tell everyone you know who gambles. Maybe if enough people find out how they are then they will lose so many customers that they will either change or go out of business.
