deposit issues US player

4 replies • Last post

I am a US player who just attempted to deposit to lucky red using a visa credit card..the card was declined and live chat stated that it was due to an international block.
I used this same card for a deposit a few months ago on lucky red successfully, and also on a couple other sites.
I called my credit card company and they

said there is no block on the card.

LIve chat at lucky red suggested buying a prepaid international visa card, or using mypaylineQ. I know nothing about either of these options so I'm reluctant to try with them.

Hmmmm....I use a CC at Lucky Red, and I have never had a problem. I wonder if this is something new? I will try to make a small deposit in the next few days and see what happens. I like using my card, because I can use "pay to card" for withdrawal when I am fortunate enough to win.

I would NOT use mypaylinQ, but that is just me. I tend to not trust these places with my money. I know nothing about an international Visa Card. CL-Ed, do you?

Maybe it is time to try a new casino?

I tried again with the same credit card a few hours later and it worked..don't know what the issue was

Trying a new casino was gonna be my last resort since I like lucky red a lot.

Does "pay to card" work well for you? I've never tried it.
Is it an actual credit card, or a bank card?

Hope actually had them do a pay to card, I believe. It took a little bit of time and she paid a fee, but I believe it did work for her.

This is correct, right Hope? Can you shed some light for our friend here on this?

Yes, there is a fee for this, and it did take some time, but they paid it back to my card. I wondered if it would work, because mine is a Visa debit card, but it still worked! I cannot add my own money to this card, (my pay goes onto it) but it is written up as a "return." It was a small amount. Not sure if it will work when I win that larger amount, lol! It was very convenient.

I just deposited a small amount and it worked for me, so nice to know nothing has changed.

What are your favorite games at Lucky Red?

Good luck! Smile
