Hello Everyone,

Is Win A Day casino closing or are they just threatening to close MY account? Here is the email I received, which was a "form-type" email. It puzzles me.

That is really very odd. I have an account there and I don't think I have received a similar message.

Maybe email them and ask what is going on? I suspect a cheap trick to try to get people to log back in to their accounts. Generally businesses don't close the accounts of their own customers!

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.
Post in our forums to earn CLchips which can be used to buy real prizes in our CLchips shop.

Hi CL-Ed. I received my message. They just want my money, I guess. 😢

Dear Hope,

An accounts gets closed when a player does not make any deposit in the
period of one year. That is why you got the message.

Please, let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Sincerely,
Anna

That is strange. I don't understand why they would close an account where there wasn't a deposit. I could understand an inactive account for over a year, but to take away an account due to lack of funding is dumb. You are killing any future business that way.

Yup! I am not impressed. I have played there a few times on money they sent me, but I have never deposited. I done the same at other casinos, and I never received such a message. I may have seriously considered depositing there someday in the future, because there ARE a couple of games there I kind of like. However, I don't like to be forced into making a decision, so they just caused me to make up my mind to NOT deposit there. Ever. There are too many other choices out there to be threatened into making a deposit or having an account closed.

Ridiculous!
