There are some casinos out there that use games from more than one software provider. When they have these games mixed, does this affect the payout rate of the games?

Its complicated I know, and I am having a hard time explaining it.

Say Casino A has a payout rate of 96% with Playtech software. Say they decide to pick up Net Entertainment games with a higher payout rate, would this have a substantial impact on their payout percentage?
