Rummy?

5 replies • Last post

I have heard that there are casinos online that offer Rummy for play... Anyone know exactly how that works? It kind of seems like it would be a long, drawn out process for a casino game. I am intrigued...

How does it work though? I cannot figure it out. Maybe I'm too dense, but if someone could spell it out, I'd love it.

Which casinos offer the rummy?

'Slim, if you know, could you play it for free to try it out and see if it is long and drawn out and/or boring first? I have never noticed it as an option at any place where I play. At least I don't recall.

I am pretty sure RTG has a three card rummy table game which is a little bit similar to Caribbean Stud.

You are dealt 3 cards and have to decide whether to raise or fold. Whoever has the lowest hand out of the player or dealer wins. Pairs or trips count as zero, and 3 card runs (straights) also score differently from memory.

As for actual rummy games against other players like poker, I have to admit that I have never tried it. I can't see why it would not work - its just a game of discarding cards and trying to make sets right?

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Yeah, I would think if you can play Hold'em and other card games, Rummy would be no exception. I just have not seen it anywhere.
