Was someone asking about "pay to card" withdrawal?

17 replies • Last post

I thought there was a thread here about this, but I can't find it, so I will just post. I just talked to customer service at Lucky Red to ask about withdrawing any funds from my 30 dollar no-deposit chip. The dilemma is that they have a 300 dollar limit, and to have a check sent there is a minimum of 350 dollars. Bank wire is a minimum of 300.00. I asked her how I would go about withdrawing if I had to do the check only?

She said I could use "pay to card," and I looked and the minimum cash out for pay to card withdrawal is only 20.00! I was really surprised by this. My problem is that I don't know if my card will accept any deposits onto it, because I think it is debit only (more phone calls tomorrow), but I thought this would be great news for some!

Since this is LuckyRed, maybe ALL the Club World casinos have this option?

CL-Ed, she also advised to NEVER deposit MORE money until I had either played all the monies from the free chip or cashed it out, because she said that would cause too many problems.

Hope this helps somebody. 🙂

How can a check transfer or bank transfer cost so much money? I hope the pay card works!

If they will pay back to your debit card and your bank accepts it, I don't see why it wouldn't work. I can swear that I have had money put back on my debit card manually in the past (even though I can't remember where).

I may be wrong, but if they will do it, why not give it a go?

'Slim: Well, I know the card information says it will not accept deposits onto it, but when I had a Bath and Body Works order reveresed they DID put that money back onto the card, like sixty dollars. I might try it, because the worse that could happen is that they would reverse the payment and send back to the casino, right? That is what I am thinking anyway.

LM, those numbers are the minimum they allow to withdraw, not the fees. The bank wire transfer is FREE and the check has like a 25 dollars fee for them to mail, so those are just the minimum one must have to use those methods of withdrawal.

I like that the pay to card is a 20 dollars minimum to withdraw! That is excellent. I was not aware of that option before.

Okay. I just read that there is a NINE DOLLAR fee to use "pay my card," so they really do get us at every turn, don't they? lol Why would one want to transfer 20 dollars to their card and pay NINE dollars to do so?

(I was thinking of making a small transfer to see if it worked...or not)

Hope, why not to withdraw into Paysafecard or Ukash? Isn't the option available? You can use that money later to deposit in another casino and to try to increase that amount.
Or,.... lol,... go to blackjack, bet all and see what happens. Maybe you will be lucky and instead of 30, your balance will be 2X or 2.5X bigger. Then, if you win, try your chance on slots again with 60. Maybe you will get the 300.

My balance ended up being about 189 off the 30 dollar chip. Decent enough for me. I would rather not take the chance on that balance going down any more. lol

I was just going to send a smaller amount to test that method, because I am not sure if my card will accept the payment or not. That was BEFORE I realized there was a 9 dollar fee to do this. Anyway, I went ahead and had it all transferred, so I will keep everyone posted on how it goes.

Also the 20 dollars is the MINIMUM you can withdraw using pay to card, which I think is awesome to have that small of a minimum when the minimums for checks and bankwires are 300 and 350, respectively.

This does NOT work for prepaid cards. Now, that would be IDEAL for me (and many others, I believe) if we could deposit and withdraw using prepaid cards. I wish they could find a way around that one. That would be great!

Anyway, I am not sure that Paysafecard or Ukash is for US players? I don't like using online wallets, they make me nervous. I use either bankwire transfer, checks, or if this works out, I will stick with the "Pay to Card" method.

Just checked it...no, ukak isn't available in USA. Sorry. http://www.ukash.com/global/en/where-to-get/united-states.aspx
But Paysafecard is but you cannot gamble with it 😢: http://www.paysafecard.com/us/inform/

Well, thanks for checking. I know one place had something like myPaylinQ, but they had completely ridiculous requirements in order to use it. Plus, I am always worried those places will shut down while my money is in there, lol. I have never trusted those online wallets, so I will just stick with the three available to me.

Keep your fingers crossed that the "pay to card" works for me, because again, that would be ideal for my situation right now! 🙂

Yeah, there are a LOT of restrictions with the payment processing in the US. We simply don't have the e-wallet options like they do in many other parts of the world. I always either pay the fee for the wire or take the paper check.

Let us know how that pay to card works. It may be tempting for me to use too!

Well, i'm not affraid to use e-wallets because my money just stays there for one day or two. Only use them to rush my casino's deposits and to ensure that my credit card will not be in all the casino's databases.

Good luck for that transaction, hope.

Nine dollars is a lot better than $300.00 or $350.00. I certainly didn't understand that correctly. Every one seems to need their share of the pie. 😢

I am not sure if you are understanding. The 300 and 350 are the MINIMUM amounts you can have to use those withdrawal methods. Then the bank wire is FREE and the check is like 50 bucks, I think? The minimum for pay to card is 20.00 and the FEE is nine dollars. Just wanted to make sure I explained this right. 🙂

Well, the pay to card worked, everyone! 🙂

It took longer than Lucky Red said it would take (3 to 5 business days), as I requested the transaction on April 23rd, and I saw it being processed on May 2nd (Wed). It then did not show up on my card until April 4th (today) but it is there.

Now my card is only a debit card, so I cannot add funds to it, but if there is a return it will be added.

NOW the only worry I would have is if I won a larger amount. I am wondering if the debit card issuer would be more suspicious of a larger "return," as this one was a small amount of money.

I am still glad I have found a way since my options are few. And, remember, there is the fee, but there are fees for checks, etc., too, of course.

Now I just have to hope Slot O'Cash will someday add pay to card as a withdrawal option, because I like playing there, too.

Just wanted to make sure to update everyone! 🙂

Congrats Hope! And the only fee was the $9 they charged you, and it loaded completely onto your debit card?

If so, I like this option and will have to hit Lucky Red.

Beats the heck out of the $50 check that you can't trust.

Yes, that was the only fee charged. I wonder if ALL Club World casinos have this option? I did notice one more, when I was checking around, but I can't remember which casino it was off the top of my head, but they had "pay to card," too.

That is also my worry with a check: where in the world I would even be able to cash it!

I wasn't understanding it at the time, but I do now. Thanks for explaining.
