The live dealers I have gotten looked nothing like that. I think they glamour it up to suck guys into playing. In reality, I'm just there for the 21... the heinous dealers ensure that I concentrate on my game. 🙂

They definitely enhance the glamour in the promo videos. From what I have seen the quality varies wildly even within the same site, depending on the time of day.

It hasn't been forgotten - we've kind of rolled it in a bigger data collection effort which includes recording which sites offer other facilities like poker, bingo, sports etc. We should have some basic data up soon, so at least you can sort out which casinos offer live dealers from the ones that don't. From what we have seen, the live studio is usually the same one between casinos using the same software (i.e. the Playtech casinos all have the same studio, same with Microgaming).
