This is making me a tiny bit nervous, but it is probably a glitch.. Tried to sign into Slot O Cash today and tonight, and I get a pop up. It says, "Your account is already logged in. If you were cut off unexpectedly, please wait 10 minutes to reconnect. If you cannot connect at that time, please call customer service." Of course, I do not have customer services number memorized, lol.
Not sure what the heck is going on. I waited way longer than 10 minutes. I tried maybe three times throughout today and tonight. Then I restarted my computer. If it continues tomorrow, I am going to uninstall and reinstall the program, and if it still happens, I will have to find the number.
Has this ever happened to anyone else?

hope777 Forum AngelOkay. Well I did everything: uninstalled and installed and they said there was an update to the casino and it STILL says that I am already signed in and to wait ten minutes. This has been going on for two days, so I guess I best call and check on what in the world is going on. Kind of scary!

Won 17 cents in another tournament, I guess. haha! Then I promptly signed out. Going to try to deal with this again next week, because I have been so sick and I am behind on everything in my life!

Card SharkHappened to me too a few times and I always go nuts with the casino 🙂 Apparently the problem is solved if you clear the cache - seems to work BUT within a week or two the gremlin is back and I am signed in 24/7 once again.... life's a beach sometimes Hope, especially with 17 cents on the line..... 🙂
