Cherry Red - Over 60 Days Due

4 replies • Last post

Is there a Cherry Red Rep here to discuss payments that are over 60 days due - and no information coming from emails or phone calls to the Support or Withdrawals at Cherry red

Rutum1, I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having at Cherry Red. I know that the casino group has a horrible reputation for being slow in paying customers.

CL-Ed is a staff member on the site here that may be able to assist you. I am sure he will be able to point you in the right direction.

Good luck, and make sure to check the review section if you want to find a casino that will pay you faster. There are lots of good ones out there!

Hi ruthm1. slim is correct. They are part of the Rushmore group which is currently taking ages to pay players. The information we have from people is that they are in fact paying, but it takes an unacceptably long time, just as you are experiencing.

We have contacted them a number of times in relation to this but all we get are the same answers as everyone else (if they answer at all) - i.e. withdrawals are processing but they are "experiencing delays". My translation of that is more or less "cashflow issues" so definitely do not deposit any more money there. In the meantime, sit tight and keep emailing them.

You can read more information in these threads:

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Sorry to hear this! Hearing too much of this lately, which is why we must all do our homework, and CL helps us, immensely, with learning about who we can trust and who we cannot. Above all, we must still use our own common sense and caution, because places can change, too. Reading all the fantastic information here, designed to protect members and NOT the casinos, is a perfect start.

Well it's been another several weeks and still no money from Cherry Red. And no one even answers my emails anymore. I will call tomorrow but they can't really help - they just make excuses. I'll follow up if I ever get any emails or get paid. It's a shame that these companies ruin the fun for everyone. No problems from Aladdin or Manhattan Slots - that group pays.
