Ever heard of this new word I came across today? Racinos.It is a combination race track and casino.They are still illegal in Ky,but indiana now has several.Ky is getting trying to get around that law at the tracks with their Instant Racing games,a machine where you bet on past races.The race is not identified until AFTER you place bets so no cheating.You might know,already someone is suing to block these games.Still can't wait for the day when Ky has it-Racinos,that is.
