Day 21 and 22: The weekend saw an interesting mix in the advent calendars. Cadbury offered up a violin and Santa's boot. Legos Star Wars takes us back to The Empire Strikes Back with the Twin-Pod Cloud Car and Cloud Car Pilot. I like these two Lego builds, the red just adds a touch of festive cheer. Day 23: I was expecting something pretty awesome from the Cadbury advent calendar seeing as we have one window left to reveal. Instead it's a walnut in the shell. Interesting choice, I personally would have saved the Santa or Snowman for the final days, but that's just me. Lego Star Wars went all out with a GNK Droid (aka gonk droid) in a present costume. Day 24: We made it folks, the last day on our advent calendars! Cadbury and Lego did leave the best til last.

The 24th December brings us a very large piece of chocolate in the shape of a Christmas tree and the smallest Lego figurine, a Christmas Porg. The poor little fellow is looking very glum but oh so cute in his Santa outfit.

The 24th December, Christmas Eve! The night where children wait excitedly for an old fat guy to break into their home and leave a present for them, for no other reason than their 'being good'.
