The kick off to the FIFA World Cup is just over a week away and Quasar Gaming will be doing their bit to make the games even more interesting with their 2SlotsOneCup promotion. For every fixture of the World Cup, players will be able to support their team by playing selected slots and have the chance to score up to 70 SUPER SPINS!

Here's how it works:
For every match, each country will be represented by a slot game. Players will need to pick who they think will come out on top by playing the corresponding slot. The number of spins you receive will depend on the match outcome and the amount wagered.

For those who picked the winner
  • Wager €40 on the winning slot and receive 25 SPINS (worth €0.20 each), OR
  • Wager €100 on the winning slot and receive 60 SPINS (worth €0.20 each), OR
  • Wager €500 on the winning slot and receive 70 SUPER SPINS (worth €1.00 each)
In the event of a draw, the spins will be halved
  • Wager €40 to get 15 SPINS
  • Wager €100 to get 30 SPINS
  • Wager €500 to get 35 SUPER SPINS
The bonus spins for the FINAL match on 15th July 2018 will be boosted
  • Wager €40 to get 50 free spins, OR
  • Wager €100 to get 120 free spins, OR
  • Wager €500 to get 140 SUPER spins

Of course you can wager on both slots to hedge your bets and walk away with the bonus spins regardless of the outcome!

If you're new to Quasar, click on the bonus button below to register. Then, click here to opt-in to the Quasar 2SlotsOneCup promotion page to particpate. The first game kicks off on Thursday 14th of June!

This bonus is no longer available.

Enjoy and good luck!

Definitely a different kind of promo that we have here and I think this is a nice idea from Quasar and it would probably work nice for them.

Did they really have to call this promo that, it's way to close to the infamous YouTube video that went viral " 2 girls 1 Cup, because that video was horrendous in every way if you ask me.

WaroftheGods I googled a description of that video and my goodness am I glad I did not see it! Geez. 🤢

I think you're right though that they are trying to be both funny and tying it into the world cup without actually using the worlds "world cup" because that is a sure fire way to get sued. Not sure whether they have succeeded though.

There's a bunch of videos out there that show the reactions of people watching that clip, its probably better for everyone if they just seen those clips of they're interested in knowing just how bad this one really is. I recommend not watching the actual video to everyone, it's one of those things that you don't get to rewind, forget or erase from your memory. Trust me, I wish I'd never seen it myself lol

I was thinking the same thing, WaroftheGods. I was shocked to hear that they came up with this idea, provocative, but definitely no in a good way.

100 % disgusting if you ask me, that video is good for someone with one absolutely twisted fetish, disturbing to say the least. I really hope this is not what they were going for and actually hope they catch wind of this if its purely accidental with their promo and think to rename it pronto lol

I'd like to think it's an unfortunate coinicidence. Being a marketer I've had experience of this once or twice!
I've gotta say though that the video that you mentioned WaroftheGods passed me by so the Quasar promotion name seemed innocuous to me.

I'm always surprised when companies go in with eyes wide open about dubious campaigns or tag lines. One such campaign that comes to mind is for NAB - one of the big 4 banks in Australia. They used to be known as National Australia Bank, but chose to shorten it to the word nab. And their tag line is "NAB. More than money".

Given nab means to take, grab, or steal (something), I would have thought a bank would want to steer well clear of it. Especially as banks have terrible reputations in Australia for being bastards and ripping customers off for their own gain!

Lol that seems very comical that a bank either didn't care or worse, didn't even notice that before they put it out there. They should be clear on the fine print and just tell people " we're the bank that's going to take everything from you" I would have used a.couple of choice words in there but figured I'd keep it under the R rating lol

This just once again shows that people need to do a good research first- If they had searched for anything that says " two something one cup" they would have easily found about this awful video.

I'm sorry guys but I'm convinced that this is not an accident. Look at the image they have used above with the two scantily clad girls. Someone there thinks they are being funny or clever, but I'm not so sure it hasn't backfired on them.

I agree with CL-Ed, that this wasn't any accident. But that video came out like 15 or more years ago I bet. Has anyone heard anything about this promo and the ones in charge of it all, I'd like to know if there was any backlash towards them from anybody lol

Yeah I also don't think it was an accident, it definitely was just a silly move. Besides the promotion itself was bad from the beginning and the way they promoted it, didn't help for sure.
