Hello, I'm quite sure I've had registered an account before at your casino but I'm having troubles login, when I tried to reset my password, the message is" player does not exist" but when I'm trying to create a new account the message is 'banned', so it's pretty confusing to be non exiting but banned user Smile

Apparently I did register here before and tried the free chip offered here at CL. I dont remember what I thought of the casino, however, as I did try several at one time. I thought I would see if I could claim the free spins to give it another try-out but since I have never deposited ( I am thinking the reason), it wont allow me to claim the spins.

Thank you so much , Jason... I was able to play it...albeit, I ultimately lost. I did want to share something that I thought was rather annoying though. Several times during my visit, a "come back tomorrow" bonus offer for 200% kept taking over the screen and each time I had to return to the lobby and reload the slot I was playing. I dont know if this is a typical thing for Raging Bull or not? I wouldn't have minded if it was a small window in the corner that I could just take note of and "x" it out, but to hijack the game was not something I would want to keep dealing with.

Why has Raging Bull's withdrawal process delaying payouts? I am a GOLD BULL VIP at RBC, and I had faster payouts a year ago when I first joined. Getting the run-around and RBC's terms and conditions are not being followed by the casino....not good.
