I just go through chatting with a rep from Win A Day casino.
I had a few questions, and I have been thinking about possibly making my first deposit there, since RTG is so disappointment to me lately.
I saw that there are new player bonuses of 100% match for the first five deposits with a 10X (low) play through. I asked if there was a maximum withdrawal and if there was a place to enter a bonus code during the deposit process.
The rep told me since I am signed up through Casino Listings, I get a 250% (!) match on my first deposit with the SAME low play through and NO maximum withdrawal. The bonus is automatically credited to the account upon deposit.
I was not aware of this before, so I thought I would share it with all of you.
Now I have to debate on whether or not to deposit, or I guess really, how soon, because I know I will check it out eventually. lol

I always look at the bonuses here, but I honestly did not pay much attention, because I had never considered depositing there before. Definitely one of the most generous offers I have seen. 🙂

I do have to make a correction. I was told by the chat rep yesterday that the match would be 250%, so I posted that here. I did notice that the page here said 200 percent. I have now been informed the rep had it wrong, and it is IS 200%, but of course that is still a generous bonus.

Even chat says they cannot help me and I have to wait 24 HOURS to hear from the billing dept, which I am sure means on Monday. 😢 I was so excited to make my first deposit there under those terms.
I do not know why it would not take my card, and now it says I have exceeded my tries, even though the CHAT PERSON is the one who told me to try again! 😢 That honestly does not seem fair to me at all.

After she said that, I signed off and waited, then I went to my account page and it said "denied." That is when I clicked on Chat again and went through all of the above.
I can't begin to tell you how frustrated I am tonight. 😢
I mean I can play a few free tournaments or even deposit somewhere else, but it just frustrates me that all this happened and I have no idea why.
