Code problem

Welcome Danh58. It seems others are having this issue as well. Maybe the codes expired on Jan. 1st and need to be up-dated. Hopefully CL-ed will address this problem soon so the newbies can use the freebies. They are a good way to try out the casinos.

I would try chat. Did you try that yet? Sometimes they can help you and apply the coupon/bonus to your account for you if it is not happening automatically. Try that, and if you still have problems, please post here again.

Probably the live support don't know anything about the promo code, Hope. I believe it's a deal between the casino manager and CL.

I still believe Chat can help. They have put codes through for me before when I couldn't get one to work. I would think it worth a try, at least?

I have checked with the casino and the code should be working. All I can suggest Danh58 is that perhaps you already had an account at Lucky Red, or maybe you did not click through to the casino using our link. If you don't use our link the casino doesn't know that you came via our site and won't give you our exclusive bonus. They do this to protect themselves from having the code passed all over the internet.
