I have been trying to confirm my email with slots galore all day long. I was going to use some of my reward points for cash, so I could enter a fun tournament, but for some reason it will NOT let me confirm my email. I have entered the email address approximately three times, checked my inbox, checked my junk mail and it is no where to be found. Yet when I try to click on the chip to buy a little cash with my rewards it still tells me to confirm my email.
Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of the things, and no good thing ever dies.
If its not in your spam folder then chances are it is a problem with delivery - either they aren't sending it or there is a delay. Did you check with the live support? Maybe they can manually confirm you.
