Dibble and Dabbling with Rival Casinos

6 replies • Last post

Hi Members,

My main love is RTG casinos, but i decided i needed a change of pace and decided to dabble a bit with Rival casinos. What i did notice is there is not a whole lot of slots to choose from. I was a bit surprised by that. What i did like is that you can claim more than one free chip at once. What i didn't like is the free spin bonus rounds are weak at best with big wins.

From what i understand that if you become a bonus abuser not only will you get locked out but you will get locked out by many Rival Casinos. I am curious to know if these are sister casinos or Rival casinos in general who will lock you out?

Yes the bonus rounds at some Rival slots can be pathetic. I've seen some where I won absolutely zilch. Scary Rich isn't a bad game though, it can destroy you quickly but can also pay some decent wins.

The bonus banning policy at Rival casinos is annoying. You can get bonus banned for doing nothing more than winning. Generally if you get bonus banned by one "white label" Rival casino (a casino that is basically rented from Rival by someone who manages it and pays Rival a commission), then there's a high chance that you will be bonus banned at most if not all other white labels as they all have access to a shared database.

As for which ones are "white label" and which are not - I only know that these are not: Sloto'Cash, Box 24, Black Diamond, Spartan Slots, BetUS. Personally I would only play at one of these if I was playing Rival.

Yes Spartan Slots is the newest one in the same group as Box 24 and Black Diamond. Both are reliable so you should have no issues there.

I agree with Ed, Rivals can indeed ban you for all sorts of reasons - you claimed too many bonuses they offered you themselves, you won in one of their casinos, you're a good blackjack player... Still, even though they may have an insight into collective database, if you get banned in one Rival, you'll probably end up being banned in its sister casinos, while the other Rivals may leave you alone. They will probably check your rating in other places only if your play becomes suspicious.

But despite all their flaws, I still love their slots, and I'm pretty regular in some of them! lol

WOW! I FEEL LIKE I HAVE SOMETHING TO SHARE. I am relatively new to the online casino experience. Early last year, I was introduced to a Vegas Technology online casino. I LOVED IT! I played for several months and won some, lost some. Especially enjoyed the perks and tournaments. I spent a lot of time, won a little, and enjoyed a lot. After several months I had tried all of the VT sites available to USA, and I liked them all. On one, I won $6000 on a single roll of a three-reel slot. I used that money to play for a LONG time. I have not before or since won anything like that. RTG? Not so successful. So, I thought I would also try out RIVAL!!! I enjoy some of their slots tremendously. I checked out numerous sites and played many of their offerings. Rival sites offering decent blackjack bonuses are few and far between, so mostly you are at the mercy of the RNG for their slots. And I feel that Rival has some of the best slots in the online business. So, feeling cocky, I tried several sites, with the intention of determining which one I would most like to play. JUST LIKE I HAD DONE WITH VT AND RTG. I did not win much. Most of the "FREE" offerings are two-part. I engaged in several. THEN I WON!!! WOW!!! Within a two hours, I received messages from four Rival sites that there were "NO PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE". I did not understand, so I queried one of the sites. Response was minimal, saying the decision was final and I could continue to play for fun or real with no promotions and MAYBE I could receive promotions in the future. I was very courteous and polite in the email exchanges. I did not give up hope that I could continue to play on their sites. After all, I had spent a few hundred dollars spread out on several sites before I won anything. I had even selected the site I most liked, and I was about to become a regular, when they banned me from any future promotions. So sad. It seems like the Rival sites must collectively agreed to drop the customers most likely to lose money at their benefit (i.e., guys like me). So I checked out TWENTY RIVAL SITES to see what promotions I might be offered. FIFTEEN (out of 20) RIVAL sites dropped me to "NO PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE" within 24 hours of the the one site that initially changed me to that category. Incidentally, I won $25 at one site on a $25 promotion at that site, and I had to deposit $25 to receive the money I had won. I received their $25, then played it out again at their site in hopes of being able to receive offers. NO DICE!! If anyone wants a list of the 15 sites that have labeled me as a bonus abuser without telling me why I am a bnous abuser, please let me know on this site, and I will pass it off to you. I will still play the five Rival sites that have not changed my status, but it is still sad. Lesson learned.

Excellent post ngphan. I have heard the same thing from so many people. Sounds like you have been bonus banned by the Rival white labels which all more or less share a database of players for bonus banning purposes.

Such a counter productive strategy ... cease all promotions just for winning. Especially on slots. You're playing a game of random luck and they penalise you for winning against the odds. Don't they know anything about retaining a customer? Its bizarre.
