Rich Casino - anyone paid?

Hi. I recently requested my first payout at Rich Casino. I was told that payment would take 15 days max (and usually would be quicker), and as it goes into my QuickTender account, it should show up as soon as it is sent. I received confirmation that all of my docs were approved some time ago, but no payment yet. I've contacted them and was told almost two weeks ago that my payout would be processed "soon," but when I ask for a date, I get no response. They have 24-hour customer service online, and I've contacted them, but they don't really have answers as to the payment process. And there is no phone number to contact Finance -- only an email address. It's been three weeks, and the lack of a clear response or payment worries me, although I see nothing but positive reviews of this casino online. Has anyone been paid by them? And if so, did you experience this type of delay? I'd appreciate any thoughts or experiences.

Me Too - I have a withdrawal for over $1000 that has not been paid by Rich Casino. It's been 19 business days since I put in my withdrawal request on September 29th. Yesterday I was told by the VIP Manager that I would be paid that day, but obviously I was not. Support told me in a chat session that it takes 15 business days, but in another chat session they told me two weeks. If you use ewalletXpress to withdraw the Rich Casino website says .....

requests can be at status “pending” for us to 4 days
Processing can take up to 1 day
Money in your account – up to 6 days

Looks like I am not alone. After depositing here for 2.5 years, I made an attempt to get my first withdrawal 3 weeks ago. A mighty, massive $750. I let a wek go by as I knew it took time for them to release it.

After a week I began to ask questions. My VIP Account Rep said he would help me get it. They said I needed copy of D.L., the CAF form, and a utility bill on file. I had already sent this stuff once before in the event of a cashout. But it mysteriously vanished. I spent nearly $13 to re-send overseas faxes and got verification it was received.

Since they now had all they needed to release, I began to ask anyone and everyone for an ETA. No responses. None. Four e-mails to VIP, Three e-mails to Finance, and even one to support have gone unanswered.

The one attempt at help was when I logged on and asked the chat help some questions. One guy there seemed genuinely interested in helping. Said he was going to relay my story to his boss. Have gotten no feedback at all.

Then I discovered this site. The main man here responded to my asking for help very quickly. He is going to try and go to bat for me as he has done some of the others. Very appreciative of that.

One amazing thing is always bragged to the chat help about their stellar customer service. They would always ask if I needed anything. Super friendly. As long you are SPENDING money. Try and withdraw, and you get Customer NO SERVICE. Crossing fingers hoping they will pay.

I have deposited in Rich Casino without winning for awhile. Then I win something and put in withdrawal request and nothing happens. I have emailed them over and over and no one responds to my emails. When I do the live support a couple of their support people are rather snotty and keep asking me to deposit more money to play. I would like some kind of response to let me known when to expect my winnings placed into my ewallet express account? I would continue to play if they would pay me what I am owed. I even sent in the necessary documents. Can anyone help at all?

It's been one month since I put in my withdrawal request at Rich Casino now, and still no payment. My documents were approved really quickly when I sent them in. I beleive it was less than a day. I keep emailing the Finance department about my withdrawal and it seems to go into a black hole. I did get one email response a few days ago immediately after I chatted with the VIP Manager. It said "I am awfully sorry for the delay. I have contacted the Management for a quicker solution. Please accept our deepest apologies."

I chatted with the VIP manager yesterday and he said that I should be paid next week. We shall see.

p.s. GO RANGERS!!!

How is it going bubbanbigd, exgolfer and Cinny? Has anyone received their money yet?

I have not heard from them in a few days. The only explanation I have been given in my enquiries is that they have security checks and procedures. But there is no way any of that should take weeks and months.

To be so slack in replying to your emails is shocking service.

And to think that in previous conversations they kept asking me to remove them from our blacklist!

I have not been paid. The last time I have received any communication from the finance department is on Oct 25. The email said "I am awfully sorry for the delay. I have contacted the Management for a quicker solution. Please accept our deepest apologies." I contact them almost every day via chat and/or phone. I will do so until I am paid.

Wow, I didn't know that there were so many others that had problems with making withdrawals from RichCasino!

I also have been waiting a looong time. I played at RichCasino in December/January and won a huge amount ($6000+). I got my first cashout in good order, everything was good....

My second cashout request was made in late March. It was pending for 1-2 months and I talked to live chat several times and they didn't really know why it was delayed.. I then sent an email on the 22th of april to the finance department and got a friendly reply saying that the withdrawal will be sent soon.

Since then I have regularly sent emails to the finance department but they are unresponsive. Live chat is answering but they say that they can´t help. The regular email support has replied to a few emails stating that I should send an email to finance department. They ignored my email when I told them that finance department is unresponsive and asked if they could help me. In late October I reversed my cashout and requested it again just to try to restart the process. I had then been waiting over 200 days for it. But now I feel hope again!! 🙂 CL-Ed, do you think you can make contact for me as well??

Hi kaffelatte, welcome to our forum - if only it were due to better circumstances!

Let me get this straight - they haven't paid you a second instalment since March?!?

Send me a private message (click link under my name to the left of here) with your Rich Casino user name and email address and I will pass on your details. I'll see if I can't get you a Christmas present!

Thank you 🙂 Yes, they haven't paid the second instalment which I requested in March!!
I reversed that request in late October and requested a new withdrawal immediately after this. I have sent you a pm with my details. Hoping for that Christmas present!

Any luck kaffelatte?

These guys have gone silent on our end. They don't reply to our emails any more. I think they thought we would remove them from our blacklist if they paid a few people quickly, but then the complaints just keep rolling in and it just isn't going to happen.

I wish I could give you better news but I never received a reply.

Once again people (and for the benefit of search engines)...

Rich Casino is a rogue casino
Thebes Casino is a rogue casino, and
Casino Moons is a rogue casino

We also recommend that no-one should play at any TopGame powered casino. They are simply too unreliable and we suspect undercapitalised.

Hi I am one of you. I wish I had seen your reports on this casino before I deposited my money. I won 3000 playing their games. Made a withdrawal request on January 17th. Sent in all documents. E-mailed them four times with no response. Talked to the on line help. They could not help me. Called the phone number was told it was a wrong number. Went in today to check on my withdrawal after 17 work days passed and the money has been returned to my account stating that it had been denied. They did not take it away just placed it back into my balance. I am hoping you can help me with this. They just do not respond to any of my inquires. Thanks

Hi shortcake.

The first and most important piece of advice I can give you is to not go back and start playing with your balance again. You have won it. It is yours, so resist the temptation to blow it.

Next, the money could have been put back in your account for a few different reasons. It is possible you have not met the wagering requirements stipulated by a bonus if you took one when you deposited. It could also be that their attempt to pay you failed for some reason. Or they could be playing games which as you can see in this thread they have done in the past.

It is tough to work out what is wrong when they never reply though. All of our attempts to contact them via their "customer service" have never ever once resulted in us speaking to anyone there. I've not seen any evidence that they even have any CS staff!

I will PM you the email address of someone higher up the chain there, but as I have said before, no guarantees as he doesn't reply to us anymore either.
