I havent deposited with topgame casinos for about a year and my accounts were blocked at 7spins and Rich casino, but I receive an email today which saying "thank you for your recent deposit". This is so weird. I can't contact livechat because my accts were blocked and I know that they take months to reply to emails, should I just ignore it?
Are you sure it is actually from them, and not some kind of phishing attempt or scam? Contact the casino directly (don't reply to that email) and check if it is legit.
Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.
Post in our forums to earn CLchips which can be used to buy real prizes in our CLchips shop.
I have received the same emails also. I have not made a deposit to neither of them.
Did you try emailing them to check?
I too got the same email and i have never even looked at 7 Spins must less played there. I think its a marketing strategy to get people to open the email. And it works! How many of us have ck'd out the site as a result!
Not a very good marketing strategy if thats the case. It puts doubt and suspicion in our minds.
If any of you still have the email then I would love to see it if you could forward it over to admin at this site's domain (don't want spam bots to scrape my email address). It would be interesting to see if it is a spam attempt by the casinos themselves or a third party affiliate.
I can't recall getting one of those emails and I am signed up to more casinos than most people have had hot dinners so I feel left out...
I received in the mail $2 free to try out the site. For the love of God i have no idea how they got my name being that i never played there. I am assuming they are a sister site to another casino. It is all i can think of. When i did go to the site there was indeed $2 waiting for me.
Not sure if you saw the email or not Ed, i did look but i had trashed it. Being i received this $2 i think it is legit. "Your deposit has been accepted" is a good ploy on the casino's part to open it up!
Yes, if there was in fact $2 already in your account then its much more likely that the casino itself is responsible. Sounds like someone has been buying player databases. Very naughty.
But ultimately not surprising considering the track record of Top Game casinos.
