Avoid being bonus abuser

6 replies • Last post

hello members,

I have an account with every topgame casino and will join new topgame casinos whenever they come out. As a result, I was labeled as bonus abuse, my winnings were voided and my account was locked. Choose several casinos that you like and stick with them, then you'll be fine. Dont want you to go on the same road as me, especially it's hurt when they void your winnings.

For Rival casinos, you are ineligible to receive bonus if you have an account with one of the casino in the group. For example, Thisisvegas/ vegas days / rockbet are in the same group. You are considering as having multiple accounts. Aslo, if you make withdrawals with several rival casinos within a very short period of time, Rival system will pick up on you and will do the bonus banned.

just my 2 cents, please post your comments, experiences on how to avoid being bonus abuse,

thanks

Hugo, Casino Grand Bay are already on our blacklist as we do not believe they are owned by a reputable company. They recently stopped using Microgaming software for some poor cheap thing called BetOnSoft, so we think they are in financial trouble.

As for "bonus abuse", I hate that term - it is rubbish created by the casinos as an excuse to deny winners. If the casino offers a promotion then they should honour their promotion and pay you if you win, regardless of how or what you play.

Now if they print in their terms and conditions that you may only claim a bonus at one casino in the group, then fine, it is in the terms. Rival casinos are well known to be harsh on players who claim lots of bonuses unfortunately.

My tips for avoiding being tagged a "bonus abuser":

  1. Always check the terms and conditions before you play! Even if it looks like a page of legal mumbo jumbo.
  2. If you have any doubts or questions, contact the casino's support and ask them before you deposit.
  3. If you can't understand the terms and the support won't or can't explain them to you, then don't play there!
  4. Keep a record of all conversations with casino support.
  5. Don't claim a bunch of bonuses from different casinos within the same group on the same day or week. Spread it out a little.
  6. Make a few deposits and play without a bonus from time to time.
  7. Once you complete the wagering requirements make a partial withdrawal of at least your deposit amount first and leave the rest in the casino for a few weeks.

These further tips should not matter one bit as long as you meet the casino terms, but unfortunately some casinos use these sort of things as an excuse to say you didn't wager "in the spirit of the bonus" (again total imaginary rubbish made up by casinos):

  1. Mix up the games you play and the bet sizes. Playing 3000 hands of $1 blackjack is a sure fire indicator to a tight casino that you're playing for the bonus money.
  2. Wager more than the minimum required amount before withdrawing.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing.

I have agree i think that "bonus abuse" is complete highway robbery from casinos. The thing is they entice you and taunt you to play. Sending daily promos and some of them will ask you to use the deposit bonus every day and collect free chip at the end of the week!

I did play at a casino that was running a weekend promotion. For EVERY $50 deposited that weekend a player would receive a $25 free chip asap. Just go to chat and request it. I made the first deposit and went to chat with no problems and the free chip was put into my account immediately.

I went back on Sunday deposited another $50 and went again to chat to ask for my free chip. I was told that the accounting department was not in on Sundays and i had to wait til Monday to request it.

I went back on Monday and requested the free chip and was told i had to send support an email. I did do that and guess what? The following day my account was locked!

I am not going to mention which casino this is because it for the most part does have a reputable name. It was not til months later i finally called this casino and asked them why my account was locked. I was told it was just to verify the personal info i gave them and they unlocked my account. Yeahhhhhhhh right!!!

I did notice they had the same promo the following weekend after i was blocked and the terms had changed. Only ONE free chip could be used. So basically they had a lot of players requesting these chips and they basically screwed up. Players ended up taking the heat for it!

50 states casino and casino states were the two topgame casinos that voided my winning. I know in their term and condition didnt say anything about if player having acct with many topgame casinos are bonus abuser, lol. I know, they just used it as an excuse for not paying.

Unfortunately I am not surprised taaadaaahhh. I have a very low opinion of Top Game casinos. You can't tell who is operating most of them, the software has had its share of mystery "glitches" like missing wild symbols on slot reels, and they all have stupid low withdrawal limits which suggests they don't have much money in the bank.
