Slots of Vegas and Club Player Casino?

24 replies • Last post

Has anyone ever gotten money from Slots of Vegas Casino? I've been waiting since March 9th for a withdrawal. It still shows as pending, hasn't even been approved. This withdrawal was from a money deposit, not free play. I also have a pending withdrawal from Club Player, and I haven't heard anything.

I realize from this site that these are considered 'not reliable' casinos, but it was already too late for me. I had already deposited. I'd feel better if someone had gotten money from either one. And if you have, can you tell me how long it took? Thanks for looking.

Hi elckrmeade, you can read about other players' recent experience with another casino from that group here: Cool Cat Casino. The short answer is that they always delay withdrawals and give players the runaround. Standard operating procedure there I am afraid.

Some of our members have had success in getting paid by sending a PM to a member here Prism aff mngr who works for the group (click that then the "write private message" link).

Sorry you found this out the hard way. If you want any other advice on a good place to play don't hesitate to ask. Also lastly welcome to our forum! Drop by to this thread and say hello and you might win an ipod for your trouble.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing.

ok, thank you very much. I sent a PM as you suggested. Sound like it may eventually help. After I get my winnings (if I ever do) I'm deleing these casinos from my computer.

Just an update for anyone who's interested in these sites...I did get a very polite message back from prism aff mngr...But as of today nothing has changed...I still have a pending withdrawal from Slots of Vegas (from Mar 7) it still hasn't been approved, I still have one approved withdrawal from Club Player (requested on Mar 29, approved on Apr 7 - still no money) and an unapproved withdrawal from Club Player (requested Apr 10) Any of this money would be VERY useful, right now.

I rec'd a payout from Club Player quite recently. It did take around 6 weeks. But I emailed them regularly and always politely asked them to please advise me when the withdrawal would be processed. I played on my money only,so it was probably an easier payout than with a bonus. This group of casinos ARE blacklisted everywhere, so i expected the long wait. This particular casino seems like they may be trying to turn things around.

Hiya kat,

Waiting 6 weeks for a payout i would not consider a turn around for any casino. I am happy for you that you did get paid. But that is entirely too long to have to wait. You shouldnt have to email them regularly and remind them that your waiting for your withdrawal.

There are way too many casinos online that will pay you promptly and within a 24 hour period. Deposit your money hard earned money wisely and stay away from casinos on the blacklist.

I personally will never understand why these casinos don't stand up and fly right. They have a bad reputation throughout the gambling circles and yet they do nothing to try to rectify it.

Good reputable casinos are on top for a reason.....fast payouts and excellent customer service. I am so very glad you got paid, but very sorry it took so long. There is simply no excuse for it.

You're gonna love this...my slots of vegas withdrawal from March 7th? Now I get a message saying they don't have proper authorization forms on file!! lol lol I guess no one could tell me that two months ago, when they said I had all my forms on file. I think that's just great. Maybe I'll finally get a dollar or two from them next year...

On the other hand, both of my Club Player withdrawals have finally been approved (thanks prism aff mngr)... I wonder does anyone (kat?) know how long it will take to get anything after approval from them?

If you are approved at Club Player you should be approved at Slots of Vegas as they are run by exactly the same people, same office, same authorisation, same everything except the address of the casino.

Hi elckrmeade,
I don't have access to specific information, but I imagine you have used more than one credit card to deposit and they're asking you for the authorization form of the card mentioned in the message in order for your documents to be complete.
However, this is not related to your withdrawal. As I mentioned in my post yesterday, your withdrawal was already approved.

Hiya elc,

There is just too many reputable casinos out there for you to have to suffer these delays. I would avoid them!! Being approved is one thing ..........but how long are you going to have to wait??

Prism mgr thanks for being here and answering players concerns in such a timely matter. It is no fault of your own in these delays. You relay what your told and that is better than nothing.

Thanks for trying to solve player issues and easing their minds.

I'm happy to help Usne, I wish I could do more. The casinos are almost back up to date so that withdrawals will continue being approved in 7 to 10 business days as they normally are.

elckrmeade, I'm not sure what you mean by trying and hoping, I'm sorry for the delay but your Slots of Vegas withdrawal was already approved, please send the document for future withdrawals though.

Best regards,

Ingrid

I did go ahead and send in what was requested. And what i meant by that was since it's been so long, I start to feel like I may never get anything. So I'll keep hoping...and good to hear everything is getting back up to speed. I like playing at Club Player, and my MIL did get money from them, that's originally why I tried the casino. Again, thanks for all your help.

Hi elckrmeade,
I understand what you mean, I'm sorry it's taken so long.
A check from at least one of your withdrawals (most likely two) will be sent this week, you will receive it at the end of the week or the beginning of next week at the latest.

I GOT A CHECK! YEAY!! $585.00 Fed-Ex'd to me. Took a while, but it finally happened. That one came from Club Player, still waiting for the Slots of Vegas one.

Hi CL-Ed,
I'm happy to help and yes, it has been frustrating for all of us; fortunately we are almost back to the regular timeframe so players won't need my help much longer except in very specific cases
Smile

Ingrid
